I would not follow a diagram that wasn't marked to show what engine it is for. Just my opinion/ might be for your engine but how would you know by these pictures

unless my tired old eyes can't see the fine print ---the questioner never included WHAT V8.....gave year, make, model ....but what engine??? They ain't all the same,

I wanted to add an extra comment, just because someone is the owner of a 1995 Chevy.....that DOES NOT mean that is still has a Chevy engine in it.

captinkenz , Your second better picture shows the wrong diagram and firing order. Your smaller first diagram was correct. I just thought you might want to know. 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2 with the even numbers being on the passenger side and going from front to back as 2,4,6,8 and with the odd numbers being on the drivers side from front to back as 1,3,5,7 and the distributor at the rear of the engine.

If the rotor travels clockwise , why is the distributer wired 15634278 instead of 18436572118436572

I meant to txt 18436572 for the correct firing order
