How to disable a 2008 Dodge Charger Car Alarm

I recently just bought a 2008 dodge
charger from a car dealership. Today,
when I went to unlock my car I
noticed a blue flashing light coming
from the top left dashboard next to
the steering wheel. When I unlocked
the car the alarm sounded and will
not stop. It won't go off no matter
what we do and it will not let the car
start due to the anti theft alarm. How
do I disable the alarm?

I've noticed if you disconnect fuses 2 and 3 or replaces them in a 2008 dodge challenger which is the PCM and something else it resets it
