Headlights only come in when pull high beam switch back

The blinkers and running lights work but no headlights  bulbs are good

Could be the switch itself is bad. Suggest you find a recycler/dismantler to see if you could get one to test, before you replace. It's a job cause the steering column needs to be removed to access usually. Some have it where access is possible by just removing steering wheel. BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE NO AIRBAG! Best let mechanic you trust to handle this.
