Alternator amperage

I am going to replace the 90 amp alternator, I wounder if getting an alternator with higher amperage rating help or hurt?

Do you need a lot of power? Does the battery run down?

It would not hurt anything getting a higher amperage alternator. Really don't need to unless you are adding more accessories.

I have a 2914 dodge caravan interior lights work but are weak,headlights the same but car won't start. WHAT do I do.
