Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car runs bad all the time. When I come to a stop the car makes a bad nosie and when I first started in the morning. I have change the plugs and wires, all the filters like the fuel, air and the PCV valve. I change the coil packs too. I think that it might be the vacum lines. I just don't know. I would like to hear your thoughs on this problem. Thanks

from my minimal experience with cars i would guess vaccum lines or the fuel injection rails or carb if it has one. But that is just my guess.
