How Long Should Vacuum Operated Headlight Doors Stay Shut Before Vacuum Naturally Bleeds Off and The Doors Open ?

If the engine is running the headlight covers should open immediately when you turn on the lights. If the covers do not open you could have a vacuum leak.

The Headlight Door Operation Works Fine With Engine Running. I Was Curious After Engine Is Shut Off, How Long Should The Doors Stay Shut Before Vacuum Naturally Decays and The Doors Open On Their Own Due to Default ?
