Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. When you use the prime, it will start and drive ok? Maybe your saying, it will run until it burns up the prime then dies? Check fuel injector pulse. Usually voltage to fuel injector goes hot with key on and fuse protected. The pcm controls ground for the fuel injector. If no ground for fuel injector with engine cranking, the first two things, I think of,are the crank sensor and or ignition module. I hate to see you throw parts at it, the crank sensor is the rpm signal, it won't start unless pcm sees the rpm signal. The crank sensor is wired through ignition module. The purple wire with white tracer carries rpm signal from ignition module to pcm. Engine cranking, there is dc pulse on that wire. good luck.
