Brake lights coming off and on while driving?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 2010 dodge charger last wk. While driving
my ABS light, traction control light, tire pressure sensor
light, brake light, ESP BAR light All come on while driving
and then cuts off then comes back on.It goes back-and-
forth until I park the car. Does anyone know what can cause
that? I used a CO scanner and no transmission codes or
anything other than the wheel speed sensor and another
speed sensor which is causing my speedometer. Do not
work and then start working again.

A bad wheel speed sensor will cause the ABS and traction control lights, TPMS is usually bad tire pressure sensors, dash brake warning could be just low brake fluid but it can also be a warning the EBSC is going out, the ESP light has to to do with steering angle sensor and is tricky to diagnose, it also sounds like you have VSS sensor or circuit problems. It looks like you need a really good independent shop to get involved with this vehicle. Did you not have the vehicle checked by a shop before you bought it? They would have caught all of this and possibly saved you some money. Watch out for used Chrysler products as they usually wind up being money pits.

I only bought it for $1400 so I can't complain considering it drives like a brand new car. Only thing is the dash lights. Over all not 1 issue with drivability. I did add brake fluid yesterday as it was half empty. I also found all my tires were low on air. I havent driven it yet since I did all that yesterday. I'm about to be going to the store in a few so I'll see if anything changed with the lights. I will be replacing the tpms this weekend as the rims were changed out recently and I feel hes probably broke one off when switching them out. Doesn't hurt to change them either way since that light stays on no matter if I fill air or not. They aren't too expensive at $36 each.

Oh and to add the code scanner pulled up the speed sensor but nothing else. So im going to start with the wheel speed sensors and TPMS and go from there

From what I'm reading everywhere it's the wheel speed sensor. When the brake light comes on the speedometer stops. Brake light goes off speedometer works again. I'm going to start with the sensor first since it's not too expensive and go from there.

And I'm getting all the front end parts this week too so if it doesn't fix it I'll be back
