Like other cars, get it serviced by a specialist - not at the dealer and it is cheap to keep. Unless you abuse it - like any other car. Average service with Mobil 1 oil change with filter, new cabin filter, tires rotated and safety checked costs about $205 all in. Does not break down like other cars. Built like a tank and handles like a Porsche at the same time getting excellent fuel mileage.May 05, 2015

I love my Mercedes E-320! Purchased it used and it's been very reliable. Handles smoothly, easy ride, gorgeous interior, has all the accessories I could want. Car heats up quickly in the winter. Has low wind noise on the highway. Nov 22, 2014

This is my 2nd one looking to upgrade to a "S" in the near future. I can't say enough good things about my "E320". It's taken me where ever I've wanted to go without any problems. Rooming and comfortable in every way.Apr 13, 2012

I loved the split fold seats when going to business meetings with supplies. The sun roof help cool me off when the air conditioner was too much. The speed and handling is there when getting on the beltway. The car was very dependable and was on towed two or three times and once was from a flat tire on 295. I love the color and size of the car.Mar 10, 2012

The car boogies when you need it but you'll pay for punching it when you get to
the pump. About 70 and change to fill it up. But it is definitely fun to drive
especially in the Sport with the suspension button stiffened.Aug 22, 2011

I love this car. I bought brand new and i keep it until now. Never had major problem. I try to save money to trade it for a new model. I normally bring this car to dealer for maintainance. I am trying to look for a good Mercedes shop for repair in the future. In the past, i brought my car to the European imports car repair shop, they gave me an estimate and i checked with the dealer. It turns out it costs a lot cheaper than that shop. I was really surprise.Jun 10, 2011

Very expensive to maintain (ball joint, door solenoid, cheap interior
chrome, etc.); but, great milage, excellent acceleration & handling.
Paint on roof can't handle the California sun - its fading - BAD (2003)
and the rubber components are of poor quality. BUT, my wife loves
the thing, so want can I say.......?Dec 23, 2010

500,000 km driven and still going strong! Has had it's problems (it had a problem where it just stopped accelerating when it felt like it, for an example) but they've all been fixable.
Currently works just fine and it's a fun car to drive, especially when I'm with friends and we're just driving around for fun purposes.
So far everyone I've let behind the wheel have been very satisfied with how the car drives and feels like.Apr 11, 2010

Purschased new and optioned out this is still a great car seven years later and I have no urge to replace it. The electronic brake and throttle could have been refined better at parking speeds. The 320 V6 is just fine for 90% of the driving. For that 10% I have a Porsche Boxter, another find car.Feb 26, 2010

A 2003 Cornaline Red E320 Sedan with cream beige full
leather interior, located in France.
215-HP, 3.2L V6 with approx 65,000 miles (100,000km) on the
clock. The car is still a joy to drive and looks stunning, even
with minor scratches.Jan 16, 2010

Absolutely love the car. Could use more power. 500hp isnt enough. Cost of ownership is kind of high, but well worth the car. Twisties, straight line, braking, and ride performance is fantastic. My dream car. Every time i get in the car, a drive is an event. Dec 27, 2009

the braking is aweasome, very beautiful car and so quiet inside. If you drive 120 km/h its the same as driving at 80 km/h. Love the sound system. But i used to have a problem with the Air Condition. Overall its a good car, and it never brokedown on me.Dec 07, 2009

really good car in overall !! great mercedes-benz as always was and will always be although the v6 engine is a little bit week it should be replaced be a massive V8 engine where the power rises to it's optimum as most of the american cars do , that's why i love american muscle because of there massive v8 engines and the rumbling sounds playing like an instrument !!Sep 06, 2009

We purchased our 03 E320 Certified Preowned in 2006, as it came off a lease. I cannot overstate to value-added of the MB certification process and warranty...plus the savings of letting the first owner (who put on less than 12k per/year) pay for the depreciation. The car maintains it's style even today in 2009, drives wonderfully, and our cost of operation has been very low. At 70k we needed a brake job on the front...$500+...but other than that, nothing beyond the routine maintenance. We find this to be the best family auto we've ever owned, and will replace it at some point with another E-Class. Great automobile this...not just a car!Aug 08, 2009

fuel economy is suprisingly good, the safety features are wow and the triptronic gearbox is fun riding ... the luxurious seating makes the long road feel like a trip to the corner shop ... the ability to set the suspension works beeeeg time for meJun 07, 2009

well to start off I dontlike the fact that the seats arent full leather, and the lack of a tachometer, even though it is automatic transmission. In the 3 months weve had it, it hasnt needed any repairs, it is pretty sleek for a 4door and the wooden panelling is oobercool. its gas mileage is about 30 to the gallon and is really fun to ride in, my dad wont take it to its full potential, but i would estimate the 0-60 time to be about 6secconds, from a 2 litre diesel.Dec 04, 2008

Im sorry, but in my opinion, nothing beats a mercedes benz. BMW's dont come close to the heritage, and quality that Mercedes provide, the leather, wood, Harmon/Kardon sound system, everything about it is like heaven. Especially pulling up next to a BMW 540 and leaving them in the dust. Or even racing a Yellow lambie, and beating them to the light.May 04, 2008

My father's car. The sound of a V8 with 260 bhp is great, and the mpg of a diesel., what more
do you want? Plus nearly all the possible equipement in a E-Class.Jan 05, 2008

Everything you would expect from a car that sells new around $50,000. Heated seats, sunroof/moonroof, 225hp, electronic everything, leather everything else.Dec 26, 2007

Beautiful car. Drives like a dream. However, this car is like being in a needy relationship. This car is VERY high maintenance. There is always some little thing wrong and the little repairs are very expensive.
I would recommend a Lexus if you are looking for a luxury sedan.May 07, 2007
