It does sound loud, its a truck! Overall I like it. It can pull a large 5 wheel travel trailer. I don't like the expense of the 6 tires, the lack of a CD player and that my truck cannot get more than 17 MPG in town or on the highway. some electronic components are high priced, I am glad I got an extended warranty. both fuel pumps have been replaced, the boost sensor, the fuel injection pump, the throttle control, I am looking for advice on getting better performance and a better water separator. Are stacks a good way of getting more air through the engine? The leather seats tear at the seams from constant use. overall I do like the view over the car traffic and that most people will try to give you space for the dually.Sep 29, 2011

the truck has excelent performance, it has good acceleration, the truck will put you back in your seat, I got the truck cheap so i am not to worrie about that lol, it is a great truck to drive i would recomend one like to everyoneSep 10, 2009

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 5.9 liter Cummins. I have noticed that when I start the truck, that the alt gauge drops to zero but then takes about 10 seconds before it starts moving back up to normal reading. Is the alternator starting to go down?

What are 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 cummins BCM codes
Does anyone know what the BCM codes mean? My 05 dodge 3500 cummins wont start, I know my fuel pump is not running because I don't hear it like always. Panel says no bus, headlights were on, now they are off. All the fuses are fine. I ran the BCM test above and got 61 30 A4 23 AA 00 AC 01 Ad 01 (This was the only one in lower case) AE 01 00 00

2002 dodge 3500 dullie, speedometer will go off and will come back on sometimes when driving. Is it the speedometer or part of the speedometer, such as a heat sink?
With key on after a while the speedometer will come back on, first the belt chime will ring then speed part will quit and sometimes the tach as well. Chime will ring again then all instrumenation will go dead.
