p0106 and p0300 crank no start
I have a 98 chevy metro hatchback 5 speed manual (not sure if LSi or what) and I went to town once day. On the freeway it went into turtle mode or something. I lost almost all power and it wouldn't even rev when I pushed the gas pedal more. Eventually it did get out of turtle mode and I was able to do 70 again. I got off the freeway and stopped. After I was done the car would crank but not start. I had known about these codes previously but no others have popped up. P0300 and P0106. I know 300 is random misfire and 106 is map sensor. It had sat for over a year before all of this, and I didn't really do anything to it before driving it again other than change tires and fresh gas since it back fired bad the first time I drove it. Any tips are greatly appreciated. In my research I saw someone have these codes and it was a valvespring. Could this cause it to not start? Thanks in advance everyone.
