I just bought a 1991 Lesus ES 250 and want to know if the overdrive should be on or off for normal driving.
The car had no information or manuels with it. I don't know if I should drive with it on or off for most of the time.

Tinted windows, 16" rims, and a new paint job make this car a beauty. A new sound system helps out a bit too. Good acceleration, gets to 38 in 1st gear. Love it for a first car. Has some minor problems, but it is 17 years old. It's a great car.Nov 30, 2008

5 speed, leather int, 6cyl with decent pickup. basically a camery with the lexus symbol on it... but still not bad for a first car. i got it for like 2 grand and it ended up lasting me only like 6 months, so not quite worth the price. i wouldnt recomend getting one because the car is almost 20 years old now.Aug 21, 2008

My car won't start and keeps turning over, what could be wrong?
I go to start the car and it turns over, you can hear a clicking like the starter is still trying to start but it won't start. Most of the time it will not start for about an hour and if you hold the key after that for about 20 seconds it will finally start. Today I go to start it and have tried numerous times and it still won't start. The windows are rolling down a little slower, so I am thinking it might be the battery, starter, or alternator. The alternator belt is also tighter than normal.
