Awesome experience. Not hassled, very straightforward, very helpful, very kind and courteous. The on site cafe is wonderful for passing the time if you’re hungry and they also have Free drinks and popcorn for guests while you wait for service. My vehicle was a fresh trade so it wasn’t clean yet and it was late. They made sure to have it cleaned before opening the next day and it was waiting on me. Absolutely love my 4-Runner TRD Sport! Even though it is a year old, we couldn’t find a scratch anywhere. Perfect condition.

I drove a hour and a half for a appointment made to buy a car, after reaching out to them two times to confirm the car availability.10 minutes away from the dealership they called to confirm the appointment, 3 minutes later they called to say the car was sold days before! Terrible communication especially gas being $4 a gallon.

I contacted this dealer regarding a RAV-4 with 200k miles. The car was advertised at $8498. I asked that they send a buyer's order with their best price so I could go to my lender. They sent back paperwork with over $3300 in dealer fees, then acted surprised that I wasn't interested. This dealer plays games with their advertised prices so that they can get eyeballs on their cars, but it's all a lie.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FINANCIAL MANAGER. We were lied to, there was a huge discrepancy between the numbers she told me (i have 3 other witnesses) and the final price. Then we contacted GM, GM said it happens due to how aggressive the industry is. Not happy with these guys at all, I’ve been to multiple dealerships before and I’ve never been yelled at and I’ve never been shamed into a negotiation for a USED car before. Again, I was most angry about the deception between what was said and what was actually true after papers were signed.
