Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place

There was a young man named Yuchen who allowed me to test drive the vehicle with him. He was understanding & very nice easy to speak with. He took good care of me at Island Toyota & helped me with the loan application & told me upfront how much it will be per month & if I needed to put down anything for the car. I was a little uneasy but Yuchen comforted me & made this process easy & smooth for me. Great guy & his manager was also nice very chill to speak with. Tina was the one who reached out & if she hadn't I don't think I would have tried to get the car so I am thankful for her too. Overall I had a Comfortable experience while I was there.
