Still debating. I contacted the dealer numerous times in May via email, vmails and text messages with no response until today when I call they actually answered. I went with a pre approval and they said my pre approval has nothing to do with them and that I'm not qualified, I even offered more money to put down and they still didn't want to work with me. The sale lady was wonderful but the manager seemed like he just didn't want to work with me idk why and we was very very rude

Car was good but the Melissa had a horrible attitude, rude and lied so refused to purchase. Thankfully ended up finding an amazing deal on a brand new 2026 traverse with 7 miles on it for almost the same price with an amazing sales staff!
