Terrible service. Got pre qualified and drove all the way up to the dealership just for them to offer me 1000s below what my trade was worth and on top of that ran my credit 4 times with different lenders. Then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t financed if I didn’t put 7500 down. When I said I couldn’t do that and asked for less down and more for my trade I was simply told they couldn’t work with me and let me go. Worst experience I’ve had trying to buy a car

Very persistent and friendly both salesperson and assistant.

Wanted almost 18k for a truck that was molested, missing important shielding on the underside, live wires running along the frame, and 4WD not fully functioning. Wiring dangling under the steering wheel I’m assuming from an aftermarket tuner. Listed all the problems with the truck and wouldn’t budge from the price. Left and was called back stating they “Fixed” the 4WD and they would come down off the price. Drove all the way back to find all they did was get it out of the faulty gear and the lights on the dash shut off but came right back on when trying to shift into 4L. I then sit down for 20 min for them to tell me they can’t budge on the price and now I couldn’t put $15k down but can only put 5k down. I wasted so much time here the next truck I was going to look at that day sold right as I showed up to the dealer. Do your research on the vehicles you’re looking for, know what they are worth at their worst and best, and read the reviews. They might just save you thousands and time.

I am out of town, interested in a vehicle. Asked the salesperson if they would allow the car to be sent to a mechanic to check it over. The request was refused.

The automobile I was interested in was listed a the dealership for at least a week. It's advertised as an automatic when photos clearly show it as manual. This is not just a typo. It's a major error that has probably wasted dozens of people's time over the last week. This is not a hard thing to fix. But I'm giving 2-stars based on my limited interaction because of the attitude of the customer liason who spoke to me. When I inquired about the availability of the vehicle, after first confirming that the vehicle was indeed a manual, I said I'd need to think abut it. And then I got that very typical ‘I can’t guarantee it will still be here; there’s been a lot of interest.’ I resent those blatant attempts to pressure me into a rushed decision, which I find both unprofessional and off-putting. I prefer dealing with dealerships that focus on transparency and respect rather than trying to create unnecessary urgency. If this is how one phone call goes, no thanks
