The Dealership was Terrific continually communicating with me and making me comfortable. We had a scheduled appointment however I purchased a different Vehicle prior to my visit.

Went there to see a 2014 bmw x3 and was told 20 minutes before I arrived it was an available. When I got there the receptionist was talking to somebody on the phone who was inquiring about the bmw I was there to see. She also advised them that it was available. When she hung up I said I’m here to see the bmw x3 I called you about 20 minutes ago and she said oh that’s sold. Told her you told me 20 minutes ago it was still available and I just heard you tell the same thing to the person you just hung up on. That car is still on there website very deceitful
