Made an appointment to test drive the car. Car not at dealership at appointment time. Said car would not pass inspection and was at Porsche dealership to see if it could be easily fixed or not. Wasted my time since the appointment was made the day before and when I went in my name was on the screen for an appointment for a test drive but nobody knew what car I had called about and I had to go on the website on my phone and show the dealership the car I had called about since they could not find it in their inventory. Is it in their inventory?? Not a stellar experience.

They are very nice to you when you are there. They advertise a low price. When you get there they add extras to the price so that it ends up on the high end of comparable vehicles and will not sell without the extras. When confronted them with my opinion that this seems not good business practice they replied “ that’s how we get people in here” the price was above avg. but not the great deal I went there to get

Worked with CarlosV at the dealership. He was very responsive with texts and calls; very helpful once I arrived and asked about used cars in addition to the one I originally contacted them about. We looked at each, test drove my first choice which I ended up purchasing. Very smooth and efficient process with no monkey-business. The financial side (I financed through the dealership) was painless and they were able to beat the financing from my bank. No hard-sell on anything.
