The salesman Scott got in contact with me about a vehicle on a Tuesday, mentioning several similar other trucks. He sent pictures on it and it was perfect. I set up a time a time to look at it Friday, where he made me promise that I was gonna be there to see it because they were having it moved from Lansing. He texts me Friday before the appointment that someone else is looking at it and he'll "let me know at 3." He also said at this point that was the only truck he was going to have to look at. I didnt hear from him again till the next Tuesday where he was making sure I hadn't bought anything yet. The communication was horrible and I know hes a salesmen, but he made me FEEL like I was being lied to. I hope the other salesmen over there are better. Do better Scott.

a little slow going at first but was on top of things once the bank was involved. We didn’t make a deal. I don’t feel as if they tried to get the best deal for me. Plus I did not like the way I was talked to. Just not a friendly feeling at all in my opinion

Low pressure no bs. I have worked in car sales myself for 8 years and the service here is refreshing. If you’re in the market for a used car at Sharpe I’d highly recommend asking for Richard or “Rich” when you go there. I got a great deal on this CRV with no surprises, not a single issue, no “we forgot about”…. No excuses, just an amazing experience. Ask for Rich.
