Spoke to one of the salesperson about a trade in and never got a return call. This has been going on for a week and still haven’t heard back. I was really interested in a vehicle but they no longer have my business due to inconsistency with communication.

J was amazing! He contacted me right away about a truck I liked. He also found another vehicle on the lot when he noticed I wasn't interested in the original vehicle I was looking at. Unfortunately, one vehicle didn't interest me enough to purchase and the other was out of my price point. J took my information and will be on the lookout for a later model make and model we discussed.

Eric, Internet Sales ABSOLUTELY NON RESPONSIVE!!! So, I stopped trying to communicate, although it was a vehicle I had high interest in, was not worth being stressed by this dealership staff. I recommend not deal with a sales person named Eric, with Internet Sales...
