Unless I purchased the warrantees which would’ve cost me $5000.00 more I negotiate with the finance manager, but he insisted that they wouldn’t sell a car unless I purchase the warrantees which included LO-JACK Scotchgard on the seats paint protection all the things that I do not want or need Make sure you get it a good understanding of what they are trying to sell you because they do not honor the online price

Although I didn’t end up driving out there to look at the vehicle, they were quick to respond to my inquiry and followed up with me the next day.

To be honest, I don't remember the names of the people that called me and texted me. I received emails and texts. Two different people at the same place contacted me about this exact car. That was weird but once I told them, they cleared it up really quickly. We had great conversations that kept me from making a bad mistake. I missed that the third row was not included. Had the gentleman not been clear and concise with all the details, we could have have issues and wasted a lot of time. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you!

During final negotiations, and after providing all my financial information, the dealer called to tell me the sold the car to someone else. Seemed very rude and unprofessional. We ended up buying a car somewhere else.

If I could rate less I would. They have very poor communication. I would rather not do business with them. I made an appointment to see a vehicle that was available. I went to see the vehicle and they tell me it's been sold. I rushed home from Nevada to make the appointment!
