Dealer presented the car in very clean condition and offered a private test drive. I concluded I wanted that vehicle and entered into a negotiation. After two exchanges we reached an agreement on price and I signed the deal. Dealer offered to deliver vehicle (about 70 mile trip) but I wanted to drive it home. My wife and I love our Mini.

Everyone is professional, friendly and very helpful. I was expecting to be taken advantage of because I've had bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, but they sold me the car I wanted at a good price, took care of every concern I had about the vehicle and even sold me a much better warranty than what I had prepurchased from a third party warranty company. Abysmal. They assured me they were experienced in working with remote buyers (I am out of state). While I did get a good price, any financial savings were MORE than offset by four weeks of inefficiencies, frustrations, and extremely poor communications. I’ve spoken with several individuals from the dealership about these issues and concerns but zero action was taken and no indication of concern given for how poorly this experience has gone. Would give zero stars if I could.
