I made an appointment to test drive/purchase a car. The dealership is over an hour away. The sale person communicated with me when I left my home. I gave him my arrival time within a 10 minute window. He stated he would have the car out and ready for me. An hour into my trip I received a text that the car had sold. I turned back-having wasted 2 hours of my busy schedule. I purchased a similar car at another dealership a few days later.

I am giving this dealer a one star due to an experience during the financing and purchase of my vehicle. I arranged financing with the dealer. They ran my credit and quoted me a rate of 5.1% and terms of 48 months. As we were going over the documentation, I was presented paper work with a significantly higher rate of 6.99% and 60 months financing. I caught the "error" and pointed it out to the finance person. He apologized for the "mistake" and corrected it, with an apology of "that's why we go over all the paperwork". I am 100% convinced this was no error and they were just hoping I would not catch the last minute switch. The experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and now I'm worried about the car I purchased.

I apologize for what happen during your visit. We pride ourselves on customer service and transparency to our customers. I know that we provided a quote for APR but the bank has the final decision on rate.  I know that we do not shop customer’s credit and try to quote as accurate as we can.  As you know rates have gone up a lot in the past year, when we submit the deal for final approval we apply the rate you qualify for.  I know when you go longer term the rate is going to be higher.  We all make mistakes and I apologize for the misunderstanding and I know my staff would never

I was not pressured to buy, they were very courteous and I believe that they really cared about selling me a top of the line product. I am glad that I took the time to visit them and very happy with the finial results. I will be working with them again in the future and will tell my friends about my experience with the Dealership and staff.

I have never been so impressed by the help that i got. I ended up with a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I never would have thought of walking away with something that new at a price i couldn't resist. The salesman that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. He teamed up with the manager to get me the best deal possible and i couldn't have asked for more. Whenever the time comes for a new vehicle I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!!

Drove 130 miles to look at this van and it worked out great. Beautiful van and we bought it on the spot. We could not find anything wrong with the car and the sale lady Joey was great to work with. She even filled the van with gas. Outstanding.

I was working on buying this Jeep, Donnie was working with me. On the day that he was supposed to call, he sends me an email instead and says it was sold. I only spoke to him once in the 5 days that this deal was underway. I told him I was very interested and for him to call me and let's get it done. He LET it be sold right out from underneath me. Very poor service.

The dealer was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and endless follow-up questions. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was fantastic - knowledgeable and professional. I wish I could give them a six-star rating. I did end up buying the vehicle from them and I am very pleased with the vehicle and how I was treated. The people I dealt with made the process easy and even enjoyable. I already know where I going to buy my next vehicle.
