Andrew Kitchens was the salesman that reached out to me after I filled out the form on your website. We made an appointment for me to do an extended test drive of 30 minutes...not once around the block. This test drive was like an "E" ticket ride at Disney.
Upon returning to the dealership Andrew had my car appraised.
KBB showed that my cars trade-in value was between $14,009 & $15,023.
Andrew returned with an offer of $10,820. I thanked him for the "E" ticket and promptly got into my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo and departed.

The person who contacted me was Candy she was very nice and I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle she made sure to answer all my questions. I did end up purchasing a used Civic they had on the lot and worked with Julio on the paperwork he took his time explaining all the documents to me and made sure I got out in a timely manner.

Raised the price from 21 to 21750, and refused to budge on price. Told me 895 dealer fee, then 495 while i was there. Sales manager would not contact me or talk to me to apologize.

Seth, it looks like there is some confusion here, we've never had a dealer fee of $895. There is another dealer that has an $899 dealer fee, probably the one you are referring to with your emails with our salesperson. We price our used cars to the area market, they are continously being adjusted. We are using CarGurus as a reference to be at "Good Deal" or better. You offered our salesperson $19,000 for the car, despite it already being priced below market. We sorry, it doesn't look like it will work out for this car right now. We're $2100 below market. Smaller, Family owned Dealership. They are very friendly, and their basic dealer fees are lower than most other dealers in the Tampa Bay area. They treat their customers very well, and they are fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend people take a look at Mastro for a used or new car.

One of the best car buying experiences to date. The phone reps were fast and professional without being pushy. In 12 hours, I interacted with everyone from an internet rep to the owner. They were fair, easy to work with and pleasant. I'd highly recommend.

Bought the Genesis.The deal was termed "fair" by CarGurus and it was better than a deal I was offered at a Nissan dealer in Tampa. The sales staff was friendly and Cody
was surprisingly knowledgeable about the Genesis.The finance guy, George, was also helpful along several issues.Nice people.

I was in and out less than an hour. I purchased vehicle slightly below market
value, they offered life time oil changes and loaner car if servicing. Process

I found this dealership through an Internet search as they had
the exact car I was looking for. I told them I was very interested
in the car. They suggested I make a $500 deposit since I was
unable to go to the dealership to see it since I live in Naples, FL
and they are in Tampa, FL, a good 3+ hours drive. They
provided all the information I requested, plus they provided a
personalized video for me. A friend took me up there today,
2/19/16, and I purchased the car. They attended to me as soon
as I arrived,even though they were not sure when I would arrive.
They were incredibly courteous and accommodating not only to
me but also to my friend who was kind enough to drive me up
there. I have only compliments and no complaints! All
documentation was ready for me when I arrived.

Mastro Subaru has most amazing staff and car buying experience
you could ever hope for when buying your car! After enduring
unprofessional and unfriendly sales staff at Courtesy Hyundai and
driving from one end of Tampabay to the other, looking at every
make and model car we were interested in-our family was feeling
battle worn and exhausted from horrid dealership sales tactics. Our
first visit to Mastro Subaru was a breath of fresh air! The entire
sales staff is welcoming and genuine. We had the pleasure of
working with an incredible salesman named Matt Hughes. Matt is
the type of salesman that is honest, personable, knowledgeable and
sincere. The General Manager Paul Hamilton is very accessible,
friendly and personable. The showrooms overall atmosphere
reaffirmed that this family run dealership most certainly sets itself
apart from everyone else. From the moment we sat down to talk -
Matt Hughes and Paul Hamilton truly heard what numbers we hoped
would made a our deal work. We were pleasantly surprised to find
the attitude of both Matt and Paul was no problems, no haggling, no
negotiating just plain and simple courteous business of listening and
seeing if the numbers fit. Whats more, we got what we asked for in
trade, what we looked for in payment and what we felt we'd like to
pay for the vehicle we wanted... all in less than 30 minutes!!! Not the
3+ hours of manipulating and wasting our time haggling over
minuscule dollar amounts before waiting for the finance department.
the whole process took under 3 hours. There was never the feeling
"deal NOW or NEVER" we previously experienced from all other

'new' gently used 2013 Ford Flex home!!
