Great buying experience. We worked with Brent. He responded quickly and answered all questions. Made the trade-in and buying process as quick as could be expected. Car was priced fairly at the outset, so none of the usual positional bargaining nonsense. Just a straightforward, pleasant buying experience with professional and courteous staff.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Baz Nazari has excellent customer service skills; he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. I know there’s a stigma about dealerships and car salespeople but at this location/ dealership it is a completely different experience. Definitely try them out you won’t regret it, I wish every dealership was like this one. Happy to have purchased this vehicle from them.

Overall a good experience I bought a vehicle from them and the person I talked to was friendly and helpful and the vehicle was in good condition. Price was fair for the vehicle. Only part that was a bit difficult was when I attempted to get the three month warranty they promised, it was not straight forward however ultimately I ended up receiving it, overall good experience.

It was great! I had an offer from Carmax for my trade in that was $4000 more then what they initially offered me. But they matched it!!! It was awesome! So I went home with the car I came in to see!!!

Communication was fast initially. It slowed up but was still present. They couldn't get me financed for a second car. Pleasant but I thought the same energy to call me at the beginning should have been given when it didn't go through. I purchased elsewhere.

I live in myrtle beach south Carolina. The sales team was nice and accommodating. A deposit was made, and drove 7 hours one way. Upon arrival my wife and myself looked over the car and didn't expect perfection. But found the cars air conditioner not blowing cold air. Now this could have been an oversight, and was offered a small discount for the repair, it wouldn't put a dent if major repairs were needed. I was then told that 5 other people were chomping at the bit to take the car. I did what I could to keep my composure and just walk away. As I said things happen. But fool me once "okay" , but twice "no way"

Mazda Chantilly was very quick to answer my initial inquiry about the car and to set up a time we could test drive it. When we got to the dealership, the car was already there and ready to go. Everyone was professional and friendly. Ultimately, we decided to get a different vehicle because it was missing a couple of features. I would recommend this dealership.

I ended up purchasing a different car, but the whole experience was relatively quick and pain free (for car buying). I had my new car within a couple days, and I love driving it. Product Specialist Obi Onyeador was very helpful and a pleasure to work with, as was everyone on the sales team.

The staff was superlative: knowledgable, professional, personable. Our salesperson, Baz Naduri, was a real standout, being soft-spoken and not at all pushy. Derek, the manager, was also very good, the kind of guy worth sharing a beer over. Although we were unable to work out a deal, Baz and Derek still made this process a pleasant one.

Special thanks to David Chung & Derik Zeitner who helped me in purchasing my new-to-me vehicle. For the days prior to stopping in, they both swiftly responded to texts and emails providing clear information about pricing & processing. There were no loopholes, and everything was clear and precise, and there was an excellent level of professionalism. The dealership was prompt in their response however the cars condition should have been better disclosed. The rust showing thru on the vehicle made it a no buy for me. The miledge was great and the car ran very well... but the asking price was way too high given the condition of the car. Additionally, the car didn’t appear to be detailed as I would expect buying from a dealer.

Spoke to manager, who was pretty responsive in the beginning. I asked him about pricing for his used car and he wasn't even trying to name a price he was willing to let it go for. I had to disclose my price/budget and he just tells me its not doable. Regardless, he still doesn't disclose what he wants to sell it for, let alone work with me on pricing. Manager kept stopping to respond to me and I had to ping him through this website to get a response regarding availability/pricing. Looks like the car has finally sold after being on his lot for 80 days. Terrible manager on used lot, would steer clear from dealing with him.

SA contacted me and was very persistent to move the used car for a price much higher than what the market around him is asking. Ended up contacting manager a couple weeks later and manager was absolutely helpless on price even after showing him several options of the exact same vehicle in the same spec and condition being offered for 3-4k under their asking price. Manager wasn't willing to change his price whatsoever. I asked him for additional info to verify the car's condition, but he never responded. They're unaware of the used casual car market and just pick the highest price based on how they feel rather than trusting offset data. Since I last spoke to them, the car has been sitting on their lot for 60+ months now, no price change. Absolutely abysmal used dealer. Good luck to everyone buying from them.

I test drove a 2010 crv, the engine light was on the whole time and the salesman said it might be because the gas cap wasn't on tight enough. Okay, I have a Honda, I know that happens. I took it to my mechanic the next day and their was quite a list of things wrong with the vehicle, Enough to be thousands of $ of repairs and that it never should have passed a safety inspection (which they had done). I showed the list to Derek, the sales manager and he didn't seem overly concerned and defended his mechanic. Seems to me that he should have caught a rusting brake rotor,a seeping radiator, rear strut leaking, the catalytic converter code........And I'm out $118.00 But better that $12,000! I won't be back. EVER.

I had a great experience here ! They reached to me right away and I test drove the car. I ended up buying it a few days later.. I did the application online and the manager Chandra after I was approved, had me in and out in less than 30 mins. Great experience.

Dealer is not professional. Misrepresented car condition. In fact the dealer should be embarrassed to put a customer in the vehicle. Showed little concern for Issues. Buyer beware

I purchased the vehicle using USAA financing and the process went quickly. We arrived minutes before another interested party and they protected our "place in line". The car is great and we are enjoying our new ride.

Salesman reached out to us quickly and was very helpful. Appreciated that they let us take the car for a test drive without coming along. We ultimately didn't purchase the used vehicle we contacted them about but wound up purchasing a new vehicle from the same dealership. Overall a positive experience.

Tried to buy 2006 CRV EX thru salesman at Brown Honda Arlington. Brown's kept misleading us about car being sold as the Arl. salesman spoke with them. The next day I received an email from Brown's FF that car was still available. I called and salesman said 2 parties were looking at it and I'd better come there. When I arrived, the car was very much available and I told him I didn't appreciate his lying to me and the Arl. salesman.

They have my car in stock and it has taken me months to look for it! I requested to be removed from the junk mail list that Mazda sends weekly. I'm still on the list and am tempted to send all Mazda mail to the trash pile.

Dealer loaned me the vehicle I was considering to visit other dealers the same afternoon. I was able to consider cars side by side and ended up ultimately with exactly what I wanted at a price Icould afford. My salesman did not pressure me and finance office was quick and painless.

They sold the original car that I was set up to purchase by saying that another salesman had sold it without my salesman knowing. However, they nicely made up for it with another similar car. The experience was extremely pleasant once I went to purchase and my salesman, Mark Biddle, was great to work with, efficient and would buy again from them. Very very good in after purchase extras with detailing and a full tank of gas to go!
