Kevin, please understand that this was indeed a mistake in the price advertising field that is sent out to online vendors such as CarGurus and others. The vehicle you had inquired on was originally set at an online price of $54,977 and received the description at that time. The vehicle then went into the reconditioning department and was photographed. The photographer made an error when uploading the pictures and mistakenly changed the price to $65,050. This was an unfortunate error and in no way meant to be deceptive. It would serve no purpose to price the vehicle beyond the fair market value. Following the reconditioning done by the service department, the vehicle has been priced at a fair market value of $56,898. That price has been adjusted today and will be the advertised price once the overnight feeds update the websites.

Unfortunately, I am struggling to follow the correlation between the market value of a vehicle and your argument regarding gas and maintenance costs. Our vehicles are priced at fair market value using daily sales data from actual sales happening in the marketplace that we compete in. We are sorry that you feel our vehicle was overpriced, but can assure you that we make every effort to ensure that it is not.
