Dealer told me truck was still available. Drove half way of a 4 hour trip to receive an update email from car gurus that truck was already sold. 1 star.

They had excellent customer service we went close to closing time and they stayed with us and helped get us a truck that night. It was a little slow due to cut back staff because of Covid but they still pushed through for us

Received email from the dealership telling me the vehicle was available and to call. I called and was told the vehicle was sold. (That was a mistake, now they have my number) then I was contacted via email by someone else saying the vehicle was in service and was still available asking me to "come on by." I confronted her with what I was told when I called about the vehicle being sold. She assured me they had the vehicle and she confirmed it with her sales manager before sending me the email. Said she would let me know when it was out of service. She appeared confused. I called and spoke to a sales guy. All he wanted to know is when I'd like to come in to see it. I explained to him I lived 2 hours from the dealership and didn't want to drive if the vehicle wasn't available. He said he would get back to me. What do you know, several hours later another email from someone else letting me know the vehicle was in fact sold...all this dealership wants is to get you in to waste your time.

I explained several times to the dealer Danny and Henry, the Finance manager several times of what numbers I was looking for, after running my credit, I was told by both parties that A deal was reached only to drive 39 miles and be given a totally different number. I drove 39 miles several times and each time it was the same problem. I would not waste time with this dealership. I asked them for the bank information that they were negotiated with and was denied that information which is illegal. They never once offered any gas for my trouble. stay away from these guys.

Very friendly sales! However, was offered a low low trade in price. Was offered 25k for my truck that another dealer gave me 29.5k. Other dealers had quoted 28k plus. Other than the trade in, I would have gladly done business with them.

not that great. I went in and test drove a car.. I told the manager that if I didn't qualify for a car that I can have my husband sign.. I left while they did all my credit score check and guess what never a call back.. how unprofessional is that . .

Sold me a car with a burnt clutch. 400 miles in and I noticed. They practically made me pay in full, don't buy from this seller. Simi Valley Ford is a complete joke. They may seem alright on the outside but their prices are low for a reason. They have no remorse to lying either. Think twice about purchasing a car from this joke of a dealer.
