They were helpful, communicative but the dealer is far away. They seem to have some added fees if you pay cash or don’t finance through them. I was a little hesitant because the car had two accidents. But they were very prompt and did answer my questions. I may consider it after the holidays.
Sales person was very good. They are heavy on pushing after market insurance and present it in a way to make it look like you can’t decline it.

The gentleman helping me with a minivan I was interested in kept disappearing, the car I was looking at didn't start, granted it was older, but still. They finally got it started but then I had to manually help the automatic doors to open and the back hatch door didn't open at all. I wasn't impressed at all.

If I could give the dealership a zero I would. Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off they didn’t respond I call them the next day Nina Cannon the salesperson is not honest the price was 1000$ different from there’s and they charge you 1000$ if you don’t have a trade and a 1000$ if you don’t use there financing and 799 for a LoJack a complete rip off after I told her I wasn’t paying those fees she became very rude then she said they didn’t advertise this truck on car gurus she said she doesn’t know how they got the information because they don’t advertise on none of the cars for sale sites a complete lie this truck was on every car selling site. After negotiating I got most of those fees off. We agreed to a price and I had a blank approved check but wanted to see if I could get a better rate I let them run my credit and with a 809 score she said 12.5% I said no I’ll use mine and they sold it without telling me. I got a alert from car gurus that’s how I found out. Stay away

I was ready to make a deal today, but the sales manager Andrew would not negotiate with me to find a
price in the middle, only a couple thousand dollars between us and he would let the customer walk out.
The price was the price I was told, Both Salespersons that I dealt with George and Olivia were very
respectful and helpful. I will find another truck at another dealership with a sales manager that will take
the time to talk to the customers himself.
Very disappointed that the dealership was trying to charge an additional $2K for a cash deal. Bill of sale indicated a $1K charge for no trade in and a $1K charge for not financing. I thought this was crazy and confirmed with a local dealer that this was a very unethical practice. It's so disappointing that buying a vehicle has come to this.
Terrible experience all the way around. Called on Tuesday to set up a time to view the car the next day. I told them we are not from the area but going to be about 3 hours away on Wednesday. The lady that we spoke to verified it was all ready since she didn't want us to waste our time with gas prices and time. She assured me it was available and then even confirmed everything Wed morning. Get there and the sales person drove it around from the back, clearly not ready to sell. We immediately told the sales person that we had wasted our time as the car was not ready as we were told- not serviced or detailed.
She then checked with her manager and said they could have it detailed and ready to go within a couple of hours and her manager had checked and service was all finished. (obvious lie as there were features not working and it had an oil change light on - all things that would have easily been caught and addressed). Flat out lying to make a sale is not a good look guys.

Prompt response however when I arrived the car hadn’t even been cleaned. There were multiple nicks and scratches that had been poorly touched up and the front splitter was damaged. Car needs tires. Not what you would expect for asking price. I see from your attachment that they have lowered the price again.
Nice people. Unfortunately the car was pretty
rough. Probably should have sent it to auction.
Car had two holes in the canvas top. Looked like
it hadn’t been washed in weeks. Black stripes are
seriously sun faded. Paint issue on the top of the
passenger rear quarter. When we put the top
down the weather stripping fell off. Lastly and
mostly importantly is that the engine had a very
noticeable noise to it. This car shouldn’t be on the
main lot of a dealership.

this dealer needs to get there stuff together. this is by far the worst company ever and i wont ever
do business with them or their other dealerships. i called in the morning to see if a truck was still
onsite and for sale. i was told yes repeatedly and i made the 5 hour drive to look and when i got
there they said it was sold weeks ago. so i wasted 10 hours of driving for nothing. GET YOUR
SYSTEM FIXED!!!!
Tyler from the call center was great. I told I was looking at the terrain but then changed my mind and was looking for something else. He asked me to stop by and someone would help me . I did stop at parks Buick and my sales assistant was Ms. Nina she was absolutely wonderful! She helped me get into something I could afford and everything else I was looking for in a vehicle. I had to call a few times to find out if the car was available. They said that it was available. Then it wasn’t. Then it was. Then it finally wasn’t! However they were ready to sign documentation right away, Tempia was the salesperson that finally got to the bottom of everything she was great!!

First of all I did not contact me. But we called because we were seriously interested in the car. We made them an offer they agreed to plus tax tag and title. And then at the signing the general manager or whoever he was Pops in a $499 closing fee. I have never pay the closing fee in my entire life. I am not happy with this dealership at all. If they didn't like my price they just should have told me no rather tacking on a fake $500 fee. I will never buy another vehicle from them again. I paid cash. I would have walked away except my daughter really really wanted this vehicle. You got me once part you'll never get me again. I hope it was worth the 500 bucks. But I will say that my sales rep was very nice and I enjoyed my experience with him.

I have been in contact with this dealership for a couple of weeks now. This dealership is about an 90 minutes away from me. I requested a quote and finally received one. They were too much money that could have been negotiated however I was told that’s was their final offer. The asking price that I was given was higher than their listed price. I received an email yesterday and made an offer... received a call from a salesman who stated he would get me another quote and I never received one. I email their internet section and asked if they find out something about my quote and haven’t heard back from them either.

The three stars are for my Sales associate, Mike, who has been amazing to work with. I've now been working with him now for 2+ weeks. Unfortunately and strangely enough, management has not been very willing to return my email communication, reachout to me personally, negotiate down from their asking and consummate a deal based on "market" pricing on a $50k+ vehicle that has already been sitting on their lot for over 40 days.
If something changes, will update review. Despite it all, I remain hopeful.

I was ready to purchase a car and after many attempts of asking someone to send me an out the door price, no one ever did. After many phone calls and emails, still no price received. I purchased a vehicle from another dealer.

Nina was extremely helpful in answering questions and getting information I requested. We could come to agreement on my trade-in so no deal was reached. First offer was about 60% of KBB value. I was told I might be able to get up to 75% of value.

I bought the vehicle. But there were strings attached. If you bring your own financing they will add
$1000 to the price of the vehicle (they get kickback with their in house financing). Luckily they
matched my pre approved rate. Also pressured into extended warranty. Finance manager
showed me all the optional warranties and said "which one suits you?" I said "none of the above."
He replied that was not an option! Salesman nice guy. Other than those 2 things the experience
was acceptable,

Saw a Toyota truck online with no price. Ad said call for price. I called. Spoke with Bob. He said he had to talk to his boss to get the price and wanted to call me back. I said no, I always get a ton of unwanted phone calls when I call a dealership, and that if he didn’t know the price I was going to move on. He said “thanks for calling.” Yet another car salesman who wants my number so they can call and bug the crap out if me. These types of dealers give me nightmares about buying a car. Seriously?!? You can’t just give me a price? I have 780 credit and I am ready to buy, but instead I have to play these stupid games. Why can’t these people just be upfront about their price? These old-school dealers are so freaking hard to deal with. Do they not understand that people don’t want to be jerked around and treated this way?

We live near Columbia and had visited Parks on a trip to Easley. We had arranged with Shaun
to purchase an Acadia. We came home to Columbia to work out the financing. Our credit
union was in contact with the dealership and we were on our way to pick up the vehicle when
Shaun called and told me our car had been sold to someone else. This is not an honest way to
do business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I requested information on a truck and they responded quickly. We made an appointment for me to come to the lot for a few days later and everything seemed great, only for 2 days later they sell the truck I was coming to get! I get a response of " you have to put a deposit down for us to hold a vehicle ". Just bad business if you ask me, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them and get treated the way I did by these people.

I recommend Sitton Buick GMC Saab when purchasing your
next vehicle. I bought this Pilot. The experience was very
positive. The sales people are very helpful and
accommodating. There were no dealer-type operation
charges added to the pricing. Best experience!

was looking at a 2010 tundra
limited 2wd crewmax. i called and
was put with a salesman named
Dennis. now i told him i have 20k
cash and was really needing to
stay close to that number if
possibe. plus i would be travelling
over 2hrs drive near Atlanta. long
story short he came off as rude
and arrogant and said the price is
the price. take it or leave it. since
then ive seen it drop twice. he
never took the time to say "well
give me your info and i will look
out for u and call ". nothing. so i
did what EVERYONE else is
doing...leaving it. thanks for
nothing.

I wouldn't buy another car from
this dealership!! They lied about
putting new tires on the car!! The
salesman wasn't very
knowledgeable about the car,so I
didn't find out about features that
didn't work until I read handbook.
The car looked like it had been
cleaned by a kid!! Still haven't
received remote or heard from
manager about tires. Oh, yea had
to take car back the day after I
bought it to have brakes repaired.

This should not say "Dealer never responded" - computer glitch. They were responsive, had a low price, and were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately because of the low price, the car sold before I could get there and put a deposit down! Great folks - would buy from them if I had the chance

Although we were coming from out of town for an appointment made the day before, the car had not been cleaned and was totally unpresentable. We were told that could be done later - it was actually both sticky and smelly.

voice mail by the receptionist. There was and has not been any response
