The dealer had two associates contact me both via text and e mail. Within a few hours we had verified the truck we were looking for was in stock, and had the features we needed. A very competitive OTD price and delivery terms were agreed on, paperwork delivered and signed digitally, and the new truck was delivered and sitting in our driveway the next day. (We are located 120 mile N of Irvine) Our company replaces it's vehicles somewhat regularly. This was by far the most efficient and hassle free sales experience we have ever had. Special thanks to Keith Gleeton there, who mother henned the transaction for us.

Drove 2 hours to find out the car I requested wasn’t there despite confirming an appointment. A similar model was available but was “reserved” the morning of my appointment. It would’ve helped if Nissan of Irvine was honest and told me before confirming my appointment, instead they waited until I arrived where they attempt to upsell the reservation that was already marked up from the asking price before tax. At that point, that “pre owned car” was more than my quote “new” at my local dealership. Waste of time and shady practice. Im not interested in Nissan after this experience, I would’ve at least considered the show floor model despite it having trash inside if my time wasn’t wasted. I gave the benefit of the doubt of the bait and switch review but my mistake can be the next person’s lesson.

After buying the car and signing all documents, dealer said they will take care of error messages on the car. After 2 weeks I was told dealer is not willing to fix the car and I will have to take it as is or cancel the deal. We cancelled the deal and they had it listed a few days later for $1000 more. What a horrible way to lose customers. Will never deal with them again. Stay away. Not very honest and greedy

I would like to apologize that we were unable to fix the vehicle you purchased. At the time you purchased the vehicle we were under the impression that the fix would be straight forward. Unfortunately, the repairs were more extensive then previously advised and as it was a Mercedes Benz it will require extensive repairs from a Mercedes Benz dealership. When we canceled the deal the vehicle was automatically returned to our inventory and therefore automatically placed back online. Dealer (Randy) lied about the car price. I called and specifically asked about what the out-the-door price would be on a car they advertise for $27k. They said about $31k. I asked about the trade in and he said $2k, bringing the out-the-door to $29k. I confirmed over the phone with Randy that's what the number was going to be. We drove 50 miles to test drive the car, we liked it. I asked him to continue talking about the price. He printed out a piece of paper with $36k on it, even with the trade in. I was like what the hell, where does the additional $7k come from? They added thousands for low jack, fiber protection, permaplate, gps...I specifically asked for the total out-the-door price before I took my family for the 100 mile drive. Then his "manager" came out and started out saying their deal is rated great on Cargurus. I took my phone out and showed him no, it is merely "fair", with price above average. He didn't even blink just continued lying. I stood up and walked out.

When you spoke to Randy on the phone, he mentioned that the used Pathfinder you were looking at would be about $32,000 - $33,000 after 2 Dealer Accessories, tax, title, and licensing. When you came into the dealership the final quoted price did come to $33,161.53. The difference in price between the advertised price on our website and the final price is due to the 9.5% tax rate for the city you live in, your registration, document fees, and the 2 mentioned dealer adds. This Dealers customer service when you want to buy a car is great, from the time I inquire about it, I was contacted the next morning, first it was Rick which is the internet salesperson then Joe the sales manager followed up. I purchased the vehichle and I am happy with it but throughout the time of negotiating there was some things I started noticing which I didn't like but kept my peace, as a believer in Jesus Christ I knew He was in control. If you have your own financial institution DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR SOCIAL AT ALL,THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT, THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL LOOK YOU UP BUT THATS A LIE BEWARE! Also I only received 1 key and Joe stated he will get me another key its been 2 weeks and yet I haven't heard from Joe, Rick nor Jonathan. I was supposed to receive a call from Stephanie as well but have not heard from her. Overall it was an okay experience not what I expected from a dealer in Irvine,.This has been my experience so far.

As far as your Social Security Number, I am sorry that you are upset about us having to run credit. By law, any transaction over $10,000 must have an OFAC run, to do this we have to have a social security number. We legally have to verify you are who you say you are, even with cash transactions and when someone walks in the door with a check from their own financial institution.

Very tricky. They added two options to the car so their asking price was $3,000 above the advertised price. I did not know a major brand dealer still engages in such a practice

Every vehicle on their lot has a 1000 dollar car alarm that you must buy. They did not tell me until I saw it in the signing paperwork. Manager said legally he doesn’t have to disclose. I am just giving you the warning I was not given. You will love you Nissan but are better off buying elsewhere. I regret making my purchase here and I just don't want you to either.

Vincent, I am sorry that you were not aware of the Theft Patrol that is on all of our vehicles. We do have addendums posted on every vehicle next to the Maroney Sticker for new vehicles and next to the Buyer's Guide on used vehicles. This is the only add on we have on our vehicles. Other dealerships in our area add much more to their vehicle inventory. We do not try to hide the fact that this service and equipment is on our vehicles and we are very sorry that you are unhappy with that particular service.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I'm always skeptical of sales interactions but I had a genuinely enjoyable, pressure-free experience with the entire staff, from sales through finance and even weeks after when I needed to secure a CarFax report. I paid a fair price for a great car, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nissan of Irvine!

Wow, what a fantastic group of people to work with! Everyone in the sales department that I spoke to was so nice, they answered all my questions (which was a lot), and were super patient with me. Initial communication was good. The vehicle is said to be still available, but since we don't live near by, we arranged for a family member to check out the vehicle. Even with a confirmed appointment, the car was unavailable when she arrived and the wait time would have been 1 1/2 hours. We were very disappointed that the confirmed apportionment was not met and we have yet to see the vehicle.

They are horrible with customer service. I found a car on Cargurus and drove over 60 miles+ to go look at it. I was preapproved and they wanted to run my credit again. Then they told me they will wait until Monday for me to bring them a check and sold the car over the weekend and did not tell me until I drove all the way there.
