Pleasant sales person. Was hoping to surprise my wife over Christmas. But while he would let the car go out overnight, he would not let it go out over Christmas even though they were not open on Sunday or Monday. I wanted to make sure that she liked it before we bought it (it was an unusual color). The sales person told me that I could sign all the paperwork, but not pay for it, and then, if my wife didn’t like it, just not give him the check. I did not feel comfortable with that. He pushed hard, but I did not see the difference between signing a contract that we “could” ignore versus an no obligation overnight take-home to show to my wife. The sales person then pushed for me to just buy it and give it to her two days before Christmas . He was unclear on the concept of what a Christmas gift usually is. That all said, it was a very nice car at a good price. But I ended up going with a dealership that was more accommodating.

I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but Nick in sales was outstanding. When he called to see if I had purchased a vehicle close to home he was very nice, courteous and genuinely happy that we found what we were looking for.

Love the vehicle, love that it is local, but when you are paying cash, it doesn’t seem to be the most motivating thing for the sales managers. This instance, the vehicle is over priced in comparison to similar vehicles within 1 year of this model, however, that doesn’t seem to change the mind of the management. If they would like to do business, it should be a motivating factor to do so, however, I am not sure even being on site would yield any further progress on the price negotiations.

My experience with this dealership was great . the salesman tried to help me out . he came up with a price.... but that didn't work with me. I end up finding another Jeep Cherokee with a few more options on it that I was looking for. I would recommend anyone to give this dealership a try.

Price of car on cargurus was 13850, way under book so I jumped on it only to have dealer tell me they didn't post on cargurus and price was 16995.

Dealer contacted me quickly but the car has never been made available so I don't really know what to think. They want me to look at their other inventory.

They didn't have the car that was posted, or anything in the same range. They blamed carguru for the misrepresentation.
