Found car on car gurus and went to dealer the next day and bought it. Car was in pristine condition with 43k miles on it and one owner that averaged 83 miles per month driven/3000 miles per year. Dealership was courteous, professional and welcoming. Rey was our salesman and he was great.

From the start dealer didn't feel too convinced about selling. Once bank approved to purchase dealer advised vehicle did not pass inspection and could not sell. If you dont want to sell do NOT post up information online, just my two cents.

I had my loan pre-approved prior to arriving at the dealership. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. Al was nice but not knowledgeable about the Lexus NX300H I purchased. He didn't bother to do his homework in order to answer any questions I had about the car. Grant it is a Mercedes Benz dealership. However, as a used car salesman, I expected Al to have some working knowledge about the car he was selling me. His candor was also a bit inappropriate at times. Overall, the general manager and Mike, of the finance team, were very pleasant. Should I ever want a Mercedes this might be my dealership.

got offered in a few dealerships 50k and showed the pictures. Their offer 46k!
They told me they will try a better offer and call soon... Never called me or emailed me again! Waste

The salesman, Matthew Aguilera, was extremely helpful, treating my wife and me with the same kindness and respect as if we were buying one of their $100k+ luxury vehicles instead of a 14 year old pickup. The dealer was very nice and helpful. I filled out the form to see if they still had the car and to ask questions about it. I
live about 200 miles from where the dealer ship was that had the car. I contacted them on a Saturday night and I knew
they were closed and I would not get an answer until Monday, but I got an answer Saturday night! He said he would call
me Monday and he did. I told him it would take me about 3 hours to get there and could he hold the car for me. He did.
Jeff Ramirez was my salesman. Scott Jones was the finance manager. The sale went very smoothly with no problems.

signed all paperwork, they said they would notify
me when car was ready, weeks went by. finally i
had to call to follow up(poor service)car
apparently had something wrong with it so deal
didnt happen, but now i see it listed for sale
again for more money and almost 9k additional
miles. not a good experience.

I was contacted quickly. A day or two later they reached out to me again. I responded with additional information about what I was looking for in a vehicle and they told me that the car I was interested in had been sold.
They will keep my info in case they get another vehicle that meets my criteria.

Chad was awesome with helping me decide on the vehicle. But Michael, in finance who did not even know the vehicle existed and knew I was interested in the vehicle, sold it from under me. That is very shady, dishonest, and deceitful and I hope he is reprimanded or fired for his unethical stealing of a sale.

The vehicle was exactly as advertised. When I arrived at the dealership the car was prepped and ready check out and test drive. I called twice to make sure the car was there, once 30 minutes before I got there and the assured me the car was there. I get there and the salesperson starts showing me this car double the price I was talking about. I asked him that I would like to see the one I called about and then he tells me that was sold earlier in the morning. Very disappointing and a waste of gas and time.
