The salesman, floor mgr, and finance rep were great to work with and answered all questions and concern.
Unfortunately, the individual who submitted the vehicle profile to CARGURU portal incorrectly identified the car as “No Accidents” but upon arrival I was handed a Carfax showing a single car accident. I expressed my concern to the dealership.

Dealership made several attempts to contact me and keep me informed in reference to the vehicle I inquired about . I decided not to go with the purchase of the vehicle. Overall communication from the dealership was excellent.

1 out of 5 stars - Very disappointed...I went to this dealership and they sold the car I inquired about, which was cool, but
the 2 vehicles they showed me instead...just down right low class. The manager told me to give a description of the
vehicle I wanted and he would "go get what I wanted, and have it for me by Mon or Tues...never got that call. I ended up
buying a brand new 2018 Chevrolet Malibu Premier from another Dealership. The same vehicle I looked at on their
showroom floor.

I sent them a email on Saturday morning requesting pics of the interior of a 2009 Mustang about a hour later I received a email saying the team would get busy and b send the info I requested..later that day I sent another email got no response on Monday i sent another email got no response Tuesday the same I got a response on Wednesday saying the car sold on Tuesday ..

Too much contact too many people checking in to pus sale forward (one person guys!...no tag teaming!)...I even got an email introducing service dept...I guess too much is better than not enuf!

The salesman didn't keep the appointment that we set up. Another salesman
stepped in to help me. After I was assured everything was set up, just waiting
on my trade, the sale didn't go through. After I called the original salesman
and explained everything to him, he hung up on me. I called to speak with a
sales supervisor. He said they were still working on it. I never received a call
back from him either. I definitely would NOT recommend McLarty Ford to
anyone!!

I actually bought this car. I have never paid sales tax
on a vehicle before, but I have to on this one. They
said I would get a check for $200 of the $1,183 for
sales tax. Still waiting on the check... I was also told I
would have a warranty, but when it came time to sign
papers on the car they informed me that there was
no warranty.

Horrible Experience! An On-Line currently advertised late model
Mustang GT was Sold/Held behind their dealership building for
over 2 months for 2 different potential customers. Huh? North
Point Ford couldn't get their stories straight on the customers and
then told me it was sold - typical Bait and Switch . STAY AWAY!

Worst exp. Ever of the 25+ new cars that I have bought the Finance Manager was the most disrespectful & inconsiderate individual that I have ever delt with in 30 years. I would tell all my friends, relatives & co-workers to stay away from this jerk.
