Hello Sir, we apologize for your negative experience, in the heat of COVID, the salesman said he was keeping his distance. The interest rate you're referring to has nothing to do with MJ Traders. The interest rate is set by the finance company we use based on your credit history. The vehicle you were interested in was fifteen years old, therefore the loan meets personal loan interest rates anywhere in the state after 7-8 years. I set up an appointment with Mark to
see this specific van, via multiple
emails.We drove 2 1/2 hours to view
and test drive. When we arrived Mark
and a boy came out. I introduced
myself he informed me that the van
sold the night before. I'm only annoyed
that he let us drive all the way there
when he had ample time to email me
to inform me it was no longer available.
I'd also like to add that we are in the
middle of a PANDEMIC, Mark put on a
mask.

I do remember you, that you said you were coming and the multiple emails. Why wouldn't you call the store to make sure the van was still available on your 2 1/2 drive? It was a low mileage Astro Van which is a very sought after car. I showed you the contract with the date of purchase, which was the same day you arrived. We were outside the entire time speaking. Still waiting for them to give me the information I requested. I have had to contact them each time to try to get information
from them about the car. I was very interested in getting the car so I asked more in depth questions about the mechanics
and overall condition since I could not see the car and was told they would get back to me with the information however if
I was holding my breath waiting for my answers to get to me I would not be able to write this today. Very courteous each
time I had contact with them but very poor follow though. I am no longer really interested in the car since one of two things
is happening and one is the car has problems that they don't want to divulge or two they don't care about the customer. I
have been in the Automotive industry for over 50 years starting out as a mechanic in a gas station though Owning my own
shop until I retired so I now how things work.

Pathetic. Got a phone number back as a response. Called and guy had no clue what I was talking about. Had to give him vin. Finally he found the car and asked me what I wanted. Add had one pic only so obviously I wanted to see more. He referred me to their website for extra info. Their website has.... yup one pic. At least I’ll give them this much: they are NOT pushy at all. As a matter of fact, I don’t think they want to sell at all ....

It was a good deal and maybe the dealer didn't know the car needed a clutcuh. but because it was a very specific car I was looking for & I traveled over an hour to buy. I made the purchase.

They ran my credit for the wrong car and told me to come up with more money and they would hold it through the weekend. By the morning I had the money and then heard that I was now in competition to get there first with some other guy and how they didn't care they ran credit for the wrong car (a car over a thousand dollars more), they weren't holding it. It all seemed really shady so I had a male family member step in (he worked in dealerships for years), and he found out about how they cut the loan time in half and upped the interest making it monthly payments through the roof. They then got mad at me for having someone help me out and stepping in to make sure I didn't get screwed over.
Really shady business practices happening over there. I ended up getting a my car elsewhere.

I'm sorry it didn't work out for you but if you were not ready to commit the car was available for first come first serve. If we did run the wrong Subaru we have over 30 in stock. It could have been a misunderstanding. We have nothing to so with the loan time nor the interest. For challenged or new credit most people use Leaders Financial or Thrift Investment. They are the ones who set the loan time and interest based on the risk of the customer. Even if you are paying a high interest rate you can pay it off in half the time with half the interest. We never hide anything from our customers.

Good customer service. . They were willing to negotiate with me.. allowed me to take tge car out on my own for a good test drive.. The car need a few minor things (brakes, rotors & control arms) but they were willing to fix them or discount the car so I could get them fixed. They also have me insurance info to find reasonable coverage. . Left a deposit & told them to let me think about it & they told me to do that .. i desided not to get the vehicle & they returned my deposit asap so I could continue my car hunt. . Nice people , good prices & nice ride around/ work vehicles. .

I felt rushed during the process and it was probably due too the truck being complete garbage. Oil pan was all covered in in jb weld, and the amount of problems I'm having with the truck already is just unreal. If you want to get screwed but a vehicle from mj trader.

We have a mechanic and he did not confirm his statement. We would be happy to help you to make sure you get the proper diagnosis. Pleased with the dealer. I traveled 400 miles to get a car.I purchased it as
is with no warranty, within an hour of owning the car a sensor broke and
it was not running as it should. I called them and asked them if they
would look at the car, they sent me to Ron's Superior auto the next day
who diagnosed the car. The mechanic called MJ traders who chose to
cover most of the expense despite having bought the car as is. On a
Saturday the part was found and the car was back to normal running
order before noon. Very happy with them, and heavily recommend.

To finance any car from their lot for a $1000 down payment you'll need a credit score of 700 or better. Any thing around mid 600s you'll need $1500 or more. Thats all fair but I didnt call back fir the car
