I had the best experience ever buying this car. Everyone there was super friendly and professional. I first talked to Cody about the car then Frank. Both awesome guys. Frank was the one that sold me the car and he made this process so easy! Great guy great conversation so if you in the market to buy, you guys need to go through these guys. Even when I went to sign all the papers to finalize, that guy made it easy as well. 10/10 super happy I was in and out!

We had a great experience purchasing this truck. It checked most of the boxes we were looking for and the price was almost perfect. Other than a broken piece (the latch on the back sliding window) and a missing cup holder liner for the front cup holders, the truck was as stated through our communications with Cody. Being able to place a deposit to hold the vehicle till we were able to make the drive up there (3 1/2hr) to see it was a plus. Overall a great purchase experience from Hoblit.

Though I never had the chance to meet their team in person, I had scheduled an appointment to view a truck. I live about two hours away from the dealership, so it was a bit of a drive. We stayed in communication throughout the morning, but about an hour and a half into my trip I was informed that the truck had already been sold the night before. It would have been helpful to know that beforehand, especially given the distance I traveled and the fact that I had already confirmed with their team that morning I was on the road and that it was available from what I was told.
Even though that happened, the team was very respectful. I just wish things could have gone as planned.
I was very easy going client from my respective the advertising says that price including the shipping and I told the dealer that I’m looking for A to Z service and all the cost should be included
It started with adding US 400 dollars for transportation, which I believe should not have been charged. My delivery was originally scheduled for Monday, but they rescheduled it for Thursday.
I am still waiting for the purchase document and the extended warranty documents, which were promised to be sent after signing, but have not been delivered yet.
The biggest surprise came when I attempted to register my purchase and discovered that the seller had not paid the sales tax, even though I had already paid $2,700 for it.

Quick to respond to inquiry! Jonatan the salesman was PHENOMENAL to work with. Jennifer the sales manager was a great communicator and accepted our negotiations immediately.
We were told it’ll be quick. Financing submitted prior to stepping into dealer, it took 2.5 hours to “get the paperwork” together before the finance guy came around to try to sell optional coverage. Finance manager was super pushy when it came to the bumper-to-bumper and became visibly upset when we decided not to opt in and his demeanor become less friendly.
3 stars bc of the finance manager and the LONG process. If you have financing in place it should not take 2.5 hours.

Amazing the people here ! This place made my budget work for nobody else seem to be able to tell me they could. Everyone said oh your budget needs to be bigger and a young man their name Michael was amazing if you want to buy a car this is the place to go and if you want a great young man who will do everything he can to make sure you can get a good deal than Michael’s the man you want to see I really appreciated this place with all my heart and soul. Thank you to them all.
I showed interest in this car, would've been cool to be the one who bought it but it wasn't the time for me. But they tried pretty hard to sell me on it without me putting much interest to them directly. Later they tried to sell me on any vehicle on the basis of making a quota. Not a great way to do so but that's just my the way I see it.

Friendly, no pressure atmosphere. Once price was agreed to process was straight
forward. No surprises, and pleased with the experience.
Their "internet sales manager" was slow to respond to messages, and when he did respond, his messages could be frustratingly vague and unhelpful. I ended up contacting his bosses for help, but they never responded. So, apparently this is how this dealership treats prospective customers.
I went in to Buy a Cadillac XT5 2018. I also was looking to trade my car in which is a 2018 Acura TLX. They were saying my car was only worth 18k which two dealerships was going to give me 22k two days before. I asked them if they can show me on their system why it was so low. They printed a paper which I didn’t believe cause they could’ve copied and pasted everything to fit their needs. So I asked if I could see them type my vin number in and see what comes up for my car value. My sales man began to get jumpy saying that his manager has classified stuff on his computer. I told him well he can X and close all the windows on the computer. He then said are you going to buy the car or not? . So the deal was pretty much off because I wanted to see them get my car value in front of my eyes. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I hope corporate contacts me so I can let them know what poor service they are giving potential customers. I also had my own financing through my credit union buy.

The online salesman contacted me within a couple hours and we set a time for a test drive. The car was clean and ready for the test drive. A sales person was readily available to take the vehicle out for a drive. I appreciated their attentiveness to their customers. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
We were return customers at Hoblit and they treated us fabulous. Brian our salesman was great, he let us wonder around and came to check on us after a few minutes. He kept our sons entertained throughout the car buying process. We love our Challenger Scat pack. We were able to get an amazing deal. We will definitely go back if we need another vehicle.

I called, they never replied to my email. They told me to come in. I told them I live 1 and a half
hours away. I left for the dealership right away. I called 45 minutes into my drive and left a
message that im still driving and I'm on my way to the sales rep. I got closer and called again
and he said come on in and told me where the parking was. I arrive, the rep was sitting there in
a LA Chargers Jersey. We walk in, he wouldn't even get up out of his chair. He says across the
room, you wanted that red honda, come on over. We walk over to him and he says yea that car
sold just now, but we have a different Honda that you can buy. It was a different color and $4,500
more dollars. I said no thanks. He said ok. Its like he didn't care that he wasted our time 3 hour
drive time. We left and purchased 2 cars elsewhere. This wasn't my only time having a bad
experience at a Hoblit dealership but it is my last ever.

It was great, super nice people. I bought the truck.
Went to look at a used 3500 truck. They couldn't find the keys. Drove 35 minutes back home after telling him too just call me if he could offer me the truck at my price. Got no call back for 2 days. Called again and spoke with a differant person. He at least kept me updated throughout the day telling me he still knows nothing because there manager was to busy to talk to him about my offer. Took all day long to finally find out that they couldn't budge but 700$ on a used car. Wont go back

Did a lot of back and forth over e-mail, set up a time to see the vehicle,
drove several hours to the dealership, and the truck exterior was
covered in dirt, though the salesperson had told us it would be clean.
We came back the next morning, and it was clean, we made a deal, and
drove it home. Other than the bad first impression on seeing the truck,
the experience was overall positive.

Contacted these guys with an offer. Salesman Dean replied back to me in a very condescending tone, went on and on to “explain” things to me as if a was stupid and my offer is no good. Needless to say they have this truck I was interested in still sitting on the lot and it’s been there for over 120 days. This means that it’s overpriced. I’m sure it will be there much longer with sales personnel like Dean.

service and it was very apparent. I was contacted within 20 minutes of my

care are what sets Hoblit Dodge above the rest.

Worst dealer experience ever. I live 4.5 hrs. away and all the way up till 1.5 hrs. of arriving to my destination at Hoblit Dodge, I was told that the truck was ready for me to test drive when I got there. I showed up at the 333 main st. dealership where the truck was located and was looking at the truck which was staged to go to detail. The salesman called and said that I was to show up to the truck center at 1990 Hays 7 miles away, but I said why, the truck is here. Then he tells me that the truck has sold but has plenty more trucks for me to look at. The problem was the truck with all the features that I was looking for was sold. Probably long before I ever started my drive there.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Andrew was very rude the dash was severely damaged and the bumper was to and all he could say was what do you expect it's a used car. Sorry but that's not an excuse I bought my 2007 LTZ 2 years ago and it was in excellent condition you couldn't tell it was used or that it was older. Andrew didn't want to answer questions, and while we were looking the car over he had an excuse for every flaw and the excuse was always what do you expect it's used. I don't like the new bodies on Chevy so therefore my only option is to get a used Tahoe that has the body I like. And if I'm paying $20,000 on a car used or not it better be in great condition.

The price advertised was misleading, We showed up
with a pre-approved check from our bank and then the
salesman read the fine print, he wanted more. We left
the place disappointed and checked out the other
dealerships in the area. We ended up buying a truck
from another dealership. In my opinion they still have
the best deal, and I wouldn’t mind going back there if I
need another truck.

The Element I went to see had too much"character", scrapes and dings...it
was a wasted trip out there to the lot. I had asked about the body condition
of the car, before coming out there, and did not get a reply about that. and
went to see it anyway. However, Many people were buying cars, and the

What a joke! Guy didn't even come out to greet me! Then texts me and tells me to make an offer! I made an offer based on the above average miles and worn tires down to wear indicators.. 2000$ below his asking price. Gave me a song and dance about profit margins! How much profit does he.expect for a high mileage vehicle with wirn out tires! I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership since 2006.including a new Chrysler 300C. I expected a lot more for a repeat customer! There will be no more repeat purchases from me at this dealership!

I asked the man/woman that contacted me if the price was the lowest price that he/she could go and I got the response below at 4:45pm 8/20/17
"I spoke to the manager he said with the discount in place already the price online is his best price."
Then I replied with a thank you and I got this response below at4:55pm 8/20
"If you had a price in mind I can throw it his way and see what he says but I can't negotiate with myself. With 5 thousand off doesn't leave much room and we know it's an aggressive price. Shoot me a number and I'll see what he says."
I asked for the best price and they said it was their best price and then told me that I could throw him a number and he will see what the manager says. It's not okay to tell someone that the manager has his best price on a car and then tell them 10 minutes later to give them a price and the manager will take a look. Its a waste of peoples time to do that. I know I am being a whiner but just be honest with people.

I got a good deal on a good truck. The major draw back with hoblit is, the finance guy spent hours with the signing, and he spent hours pushing warranties and other products I did not want. We got there at 530 and didn't leave till almost 10. Most of that time was the financer. I don't like spending hours getting a vehicle. The deal was agreed upon almost as soon as we got there, yet we spent 4 hours.... that's a problem for me, and anyone that doesn't enjoy sitting and listening to their finance guy push products, your good to go. They do seem to have very fair prices though, and I will consider them next time I get a vehicle.
