A Hertz rep contacted me promptly. The car had too many miles on to suit me, and didn’t have ventilated seats, so I decided not to buy.

I ended up buying a vehicle here, the whole staff was very helpful, but the agent that helped me, Marcos, was especially awesome. He really listened to the features in the vehicle I wanted and he was very accommodating. I am very happy this was my first dealership experience! I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles here!

Horrible! The salesman was not knowledgeable about the car and I felt rushed. As soon as I arrived he told me the price had went up from what it was when I originally contacted I’m guessing to pressure me to buy so that already left me second guessing purchasing the car. I think that he assumed the car was sold already and didn’t have to do anything. The two front tires were bald, after I test drive the vehicle I told him I decided to keep looking he looked annoyed. I felt like I was doing him a favor instead of him assisting me on making a large important purchase.

Be specific that you would like to have a preferred at Home Test Drive! Hertz's Car Sales Web Site states you have Home Delivery and Test Drive options due to Covid19. This Hertz site told me it's only available if you purchase outright then they'll make a Home Delivery! I had to schedule an on site test drive then discuss purchasing! Hertz needs to correct there Car Sales site to reflect certain sites do not drop off vehicles for Home Test Drives. Other then that the experience was pleasant!

Masoud Shademan contacted me via email within the hour and I met with him the following morning. He was friendly and helpful while observing the social distancing rules. He gave me the key fob and showed me the car (in the very crowded lot) and then left me alone to explore the vehicle inside and out. It was a positive experience and no pressure. I will likely purchase a certified used vehicle from Hertz.

3 words... BAIT AND SWITCH!! Eww. I called after I emailed, only to find out they had sold the car the prior day. I got an email shortly after my call telling me to come on down so I could discuss the car I wanted! (The one you just sold?) gross. Untrustworthy. And a waste of my time.

They were a good dealer tring to sell there cars. I found a better deal on an SUV and went with it.

Easy and fast car buying..

Requested information but didn't get it. I drove down there and was told the car had electrical problems and was no longer available. take the add down in a timely manner.

They were very responsive from the beginning and helpful. Short staffed, but extremely helpful.

I did buy the car that I saw listed on CarGurus. The dealer was great, there was no pressure whatsoever and I was treated very well. Sylvia was my salesperson and she was very easy to work with.

The car salesman was not knowledgeable about the car, we were interested in. He could not provide any answers when asked questions about the car and the differences between the models (I.e.premier vs Lt).

The person to whom I spoke over the phone, Sylvia seemed nice enough and competent. Unfortunately I was not able to contact her prior to going to visit the lot. My family an I were there looking for a van and a car, but no on greeted us ad no one came to assist us for the twenty or thirty minutes we spent perusing the vehicles. Not the person in the trailer who saw us as we walked onto the lot, not the girl who smiled as we passed her walking to the back of the lot, nor the person smoking out back. Needless to say no purchase made from this dealer.

Once we placed an inquiry to the vehicle we were interested in we were contacted by the dealership. The price listed online was a little higher than what was quoted when we arrived for a test drive. The sales rep and other staff members were very friendly and helpful, there was a slight issue with the closing of the rear gate of the SUV and another sales rep stepped right in to assist in resolving the programming problem. No pressure places upon us at all. We didn't make the purchase but only because we found an older vehicle elsewhere more within our budget. Will definitely go back next time we're in the market for another vehicle.

Very helpful. The lot is definitely no haggle so don’t expect to get any vehicles for less than listed. They have excellent warranties on their vehicles through Hertz and the vehicle was in great condition.

Liked: Shah and Monica. They were courteous and low-pressure. Didn't really care for David. He was all amped-up and making verbal promises with a smile which I interpretted as "I believe you're dumb enough to think a verbal promise is worth anything". Had he just kept quiet, I'd be happier.

I did not buy the Kia Rio. I bought another car. The whole group of those guys are great. They were up front with everything and follow up service was awesome. Highly recommended

It took a while for them to answer back, but when we got there I understood why (they were very busy). Purchasing a vehicle through them was fairly easy, just the process was long. They provided excellent service and were very kind and courteous.

Easy way to buy a car - no hassles

Absolutely terrible will never do business with a dealer this bad ever again. Customers do not come first. And forget it if you are expecting to get a car that day.. they'll let you know four days later you're not approved even though they knew that day I went in because you make "under 2,000" on your pay stubs.

We went there and they only had two people working..It was kind of busy but we sat in the office to wait so we could be helped. The whole time we waited neither one of the sales people acknowledged us or even looked at us. We were sitting by the door they kept going in and out of. We Sat there for at least 15 to 20 mins with out a hello.. So we left and I found a car somewhere else.

Great Cars

Mark and the staff at Hertz Certified are accommodating, patient and there's absolutely no pressure to buy. They allowed us to check out several cars, even taking our chosen auto to our mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The car passed the inspection with flying colors (they are re-conditioned and service is current by Hertz). There was one minor cosmetic issue that they happily agreed to fix at no extra charge. Can't beat their prices either... under low bluebook on all vehicles we previewed. Pricing is "no haggle" but very good, if you don't mind a car with a few miles on it, knowing it was maintained, comes with a 12 month powertrain warranty, plus they give you Hertz points good towards future rentals.
