Great Follow up!

Dealer wanted to communicate by "texting" even after I suggested to call me. I lost interest because it appeared as if it were going to be a lackadaisical process that didn't have the customer's best interests at heart.

Very Helpful and quick to respond! However, the van was not ready yet so we are waiting to get to test drive it. They should wait until it is ready to put it on websites.

I've spoken with the dealer rep. once and exchanged emails a couple of times. She's been very friendly and
helpful. I bought a nissan from them a couple of years back and it's nice looking and works great.

The representative has been very helpful and thoughtful. Due to my work schedule and the bad weather I've had in my area, that is the only reason why I haven't been there yet. This is the 1st dealership I'm going to check out for my car buying needs.

Fast response from my first inquiry. Also didn’t feel pressured when I went to look and a few test drives. Once I decided on my vehicle they made the purchase and financing a very easy transaction.

Everyone was extremely helpful, and never pushy. I originally went in looking at the 2015 Toyota Prius C but bought a 2016 Nissan instead for an amazing price. I will definitely return to Hertz in the future, they were incredibly easy to work with, personable, and I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind.

He was helpful and provided
several options for trying out a new
car. They have a rental/trial period
that could be appealing when you
have no car and were going to rent
one anyway to shop for a car.
They had a lot of used cars
choices.
