They called me 3 times within a 5 minute span while I was at work. I called them back when I was available, he said he was at lunch and would call me after. Didn’t call until the next day while I was at work, again, 4 times in 5 minutes. I had to block the number.

This dealership contacted me so much I could be considered harassment. I clicked I was interested and within an hour I got a call. At first call I was impressed with the speed, but I was in a meeting for work and couldn’t pick up the phone. Then I was called every 15-30 min through the 8 hour work day. It was a joke! I had meetings all day and my phone was going off non stop that made work difficult. At the end of the day I was so annoyed I didn’t return the call. The next morning I got two calls within 10 min from different people. I did make an appointment where this is a rare find to find a VW beetle with such low miles. Had it not been for the vehicle, I would have not stepped foot on this lot.
After making the apt the calls didn’t stop. I even asked them to stop. It was like 4 different sales people fighting over the contact. When I arrived it was as expected. High pressure, I caught a bunch of lies, It was the most invasive experience I’ve ever had at a dealer.

A wonderful experience from the first phone talk to the dealership to post purchase. Not only was the manager responsive but so was Aaron, the salesperson to the finance director. In a world of lack of customer service and quality cars this dealership shines above the rest.

Absolutely terrible experience. I started looking at a 2015 Dodge Dart they were selling in the beginning of March. I contacted them about seeing it because I saw it on CarGurus but with no pictures. instead of answering my question they insisted that I could come see their 2016 Dart but I was not interested in that one and to that he admitted that the 2015 had not arrived yet. This went on for a 2 weeks where I would call and ask if it had came in and they would either tell me it had came in when it hadn’t. Then finally One day it had actually came in but it needed it needed it’s bumper buffed and to be inspected. After 2 weeks I was informed that it was done and I am able to go see it. So I drive down there very excited and spoke with John Hummer and I get there just to stand outside waiting for 15-20 mins for them to find the keys to the car which they never found and on top of that it was never cleaned OR inspected. On Feb. 23, I contacted them about a Subaru
Forester Limited and arranged an appointment
on Feb. 27 to see it. On Feb. 26, Carguru notified
that the car was sold. But on Feb. 27, the
dealership still called me asking me to come.
When I asked about the car that I was interested
in, they didn't answer directly, instead of that,
they spoke at length trying to lure me in sell a
different car. When I pressed about the Forester
Limited, they finally admitted that they already
sold it.

My experience was very good they were very nice i did not purchase this car but i did purchase another would have like some perks concerning it was a black friday special but as long as the car holds up good it's all good

Incredibly friendly, helpful and will to work with me and my budget. I highly recommend them to anyone looking purchase a new or used vehicles. The salesman who helped me was great, helpful and very knowledgeable and there financing manager was jus as great. If it wasn’t for him I would have passed on this purchase.

I had been researching and shopping for cars x 2 months. I visited several dealerships in the Rockvile area. None of the sales people had much interest in me and my needs. I saw a good deal on one of the cars I was considering buying at Heritage. I emailed them and was immediately put in touch with salesman Gerald Walker. We made an appointment for a test drive and he was waiting for me. They treated me honestly and with respect. As a single woman, I felt I was able to work out a good deal with Heritage. It was a tiring but overall pleasant experience. Gerald Walker was great to work with. It was well worth the trip out to Ownings Mills!

The mgt team gave me my car with scratches they promised to fix and they did not detail...Guess it was my fault for going at dusk and being trusting. The issue was brough to mgt attention and I was told that used cars don't have scratches buffed out: really!!!!

Pamela steinmetz was efficient, friendly, patient and very helpful.
Greg in finance was also very knowledgeable, efficient and
informative. Both were more than willing to stay as long as it took to
seal the deal. I will shop there again. My car, Thelma, is a beauty!!!

They responded right away Alan Sy spent hours with me looking at different cars on the lot. It was a low pressure situation all around. I even got to "sleep on it" a couple of days before making a decision. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
