Very disappointed. I make an appointment that day to see this jeep and then I get there they give me a sales rep and he begins to ask me what I'm looking for. I tell him I made an appointment to see the jeep so I buy it now. He tells me je can't find the jeep and then the mgr apologized and said we sold it.
They just wasted my time. Made the appointment today rushed from work. Lying tasted
Did not honor a given quote, i initiated the purchase process and the came up with many confusing statements, the advertised price is just a prank. At the end, non of the sales guys responded to my, not even the Sales Manager. The offers and services of this dealership are not serious. Very sad for a Nissan dealership, i wasn’t expecting the low level of service from such a great reputation brand.

very nice sales staff car sold so there wasn't a lot to discuss
I went to my appointment and unfortunately due to a nationwide hack on systems for all dealerships,
this car was already sold. I am happy to give a 5 star rating because although the car I originally had my
eyes on was sold, I left the dealership with an even better option with lower mileage within my budget.
The guys at HGreg Nissan Kendall, Josh and Kiammy, were an absolute pleasure to work with. I love
my new car!
I drove three hours after taking to a few people on the phone about a car. When I got there the price was different because I did not qualified for the discounted price that was advertised online unless I financed through them. When I told the salesman that I already had financing threw my bank and had all my paper work including my draft he left then came back and said that my bank was the only bank HGREG does not work with. I waited till the next morning and called back the dealership HGREG NISSAN and inquired about a different vehicle and asked if they worked with my bank, they said yes. Just to make sure I called three different HGREG dealerships and asked if they worked with my bank and all three said yes confirming the lie the salesman told me. Wasted gas and a 6hr round trip.

Beware of the sneaky car salesman/dealer junk fees .. the reputation of “car salesman” has not changed here whatsoever .almost $6000 added and mainly junk fees .. I did not catch it on time since I was in a hurry and was hoping the salesman had some integrity but it wasn’t so whatsoever. Take your time and go over their final contract not the intial out the door sales slip they give you to hold the car. Very disappointed besides the fact there is no lemon law in Florida and I had to immediately spend $2000 more to fix the car I bought. . Buyer Beware

They wanted me to pay for registration fees, title fees, and state taxes
even when I mentioned that the car was going to be exported and will be
required to pay for those at destination. Furthermore, the salesman went to
ask management and the NEW answer was that upon paying at the dealer,
the new destination would not require to pay again. Fishy, fishyâ¦Did not
buy.

Teresa was very helpful, the process with buying the car was fast and great.
After numerous phone conversations with a sales person , Kevin, we discussed the car and an “out the door” price including all fees, taxes, and transfer of tags , and dealer fees . I made it very clear I wanted all fees to be transparent up front . Kevin spoke to his manager and came back with a number. I advised him I was extremely busy with work but will go to the dealership the following day which I did .
I got to the dealership and a random salesperson assisted me . I advised several times I had spoken to Kevin and also on the phone with Maria ( internet manager ) that morning . I wanted to ensure someone’s commission was not at stake . The salesperson assured me that he can help and not to worry about it .
I looked at the car , test drove it and then walked inside to review the sale price and numbers . I already had the figure Kevin had quoted .
Much more my surprise, the Bill of Sale came in over $2000 of the price I was told .total scam . Made me waste 2 hrs

0 stars. It's still about customer service regardless of product. None exists here outside of the sales dept. Large dealer who seems to buy cars at auction and dump them on the lot for sale. They're all "as is" sales. Buyer beware. Bought car. Returned it the day later. Dashboard light went off on the way home!.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Why?, because
they lie the us , they are not honest. For several
days I was talking to someone there , I was told
they were a salesman. For the same several days I
was told and confirmed that this specific vehicle
was there.
I made an appointment to go and see it on my next
day off, while on my way again I was told the
vehicle was there waiting for me. Upon arriving at
the dealer I signed in waited and finally met another
sales person who said let me get the car.
Then I was later told sorry car has been sold , to

Matters worst he stated let me
Show you other models we have many. I almost lost
it. I was not there for a different car I was there for
this specific one.
You lied to me several times, disrespectful my lying
and no consideration towards the time of of others

This white 2021 Mustang GT premium has an unbeatable price, listed as 37k with 6k mileage. This dealer on CarGurus listed this as No Accident found but used as a rental. I googled this car’s Vin and found out the TERRIBLE accident it had on January, 2021. Which makes total sense now why it’s being sold so cheap.
Bottom line, DON’T LIE to your customers.
After several calls over several days, to get information on the car, they set up my appointment.
I got the reminder messages the day before and the same day of the appt.
When I got to the lot, a salesman helped me out, only to find out that the car was not on their list and not available... Apparently was sold and I suspect they haven't had it for a while, but they never told me the truth.
I would not do business with these people even if they had the best car for sale.
What a waste of my time!
Got a call in to someone about a pickup they had listed for a really low price that had been listed on CarGurus. I live in Kansas and their dealership is in Florida. I told one person if they could give a real honest answer as to why there was a sudden $5000 price drop, that I would book a plane ticket and come buy it. I never got a call back. Bait and switch scammers.
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. My salesperson Pedro Rodriguez flat out lied to me. I know. Shocker the car salesman
lied. I was shopping for a specific truck and they had just what I was looking for. I live in Jacksonville and they are south of Miami so I
wanted to work out as much as I can online prior to heading down. I reached out for information and everything was going good. Pedro
called me on WhatsApp to do a video walkthrough of the truck. From the video the truck looked great. I specifically asked him if the truck
had any scratches of dings in it? His reply was "Oh no this truck is in perfect condition". Most used cars are not "perfect" but they can be
close. I flew down with cash in hand to purchase this truck and was extremely disappointed when I got there. This truck had scratches all
over it. Any maybe Pedro didn't lie about the dings because it had 3 or 4 huge dents in it. It took just a quick look to tell this truck had a
really rough life in its firs

Typical car dealer. Post a price then say that was a
mistake and they wouldn't honor their advertised price.
The salesman I spoke with said I might be able to get
$1000 off. Luckily I didn't drive there I found an actual
deal at another dealership.
HGreg Nissan Kendall gave me the best experience, ease of communication through texting and my busy life and had everything ready for me when I picked my car! Jarrod ,Alejandro and Natalie all helped and glad they contacted me right away when I put in an inquiry for my dream car that I'm so happy with! Thank you!

Poor service. I set a appointment to see several vehicles and got there on time and was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes because no one was available. There was 3 of us waiting (all arrived at approximately the same time). Then the receptionist suggest that I tour the lot to kill some time and also physically see the vehicles they had in stock. After doing that I returned to waiting area and waited another 40 minutes and still no one assisted me. No one from management came by to explain the delay so I decided to leave. After bring home for approximately 2 hours. I received a call from the person from my original appointment and she asked how my experience at the dealership was I explained to her what happened and she tried to schedule me to come in the next day. I declined and purchased from another that Monday. This all happened on a Sunday.

I was very interested in this vehicle for my daughter but as I live near WPB, and with wanting to limit social
interaction, I requested their best out the door price so if it was agreeable, I could just come pay and leave with
the car. I received a "canned" response that did not even address what I said in my communication. I
responded again requesting a price and received nothing. A day later I received an email from CarGurus
saying the car was sold. So, not impressed.

Dealer advised me car was available to see. I explained I was coming from 90 miles away and they assured me there were no other parties interested and will hold car for me. Upon arrival they told me someone had came in 10 mins before me and took interest in the car and attempted to get me to buy another car. Huge waste of time. Second bad episode with hgreg worst customer relation of any dealer I have ever felt with and I have purchased 13 cars up to date. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Meh...they called, but the first thing outta their mouth is that they aren’t gonna ship the car. That’s fine, but at least PRETEND that you’ll help me find a way to send me the car. Then I was told that if I didn’t finance through their affiliates, they’d hold the car for 10 days, even if they cashed the check from my bank immediately on top of holding a mandatory deposit of $1000 until the 10 days are up. Moreover, I wouldn’t be allowed to have it shipped regardless because they’d only release the car to me personally. Don’t know why these people are in the internet sales business. They only want local buyers who use their affiliate banks.

The receptionist ans sales person were very courteous and professional. Due to the COVID19 situation, they made special arrangements to ensure social distancing. The salesperson, Josh, went out and brought the vehicle to a designated area where I was able to take my time to inspect it without other people around. I did not buy the vehicle, but it was a very positive experience. They had coffee available, the restroom was very clean as well as the entire dealership.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I inquired about a Nissan spoke with Pedro several times and the business coordinator only for them to sell it without notifying me. They could have told me they had someone interested in buying, which they NEVER did. The sales manager took my info and said he would call but never did.This was after I faxed my personal info for financing. The most disappointing car dealer experience yet!

Went to look at a used car. They were very straightforward and showed me the Carfax immediately. There was frame damage and I wasn't interested. They showed me other cars on the lot and were patient. I ended up on a brand new car.
My experience with the dealership was wonderful. Committed and knowledgeable sales staff with the greatest selection of used and certified pre-owned cars as well as new vehicles. They made my purchase painless and easy not like most dealerships who pressure consumers for that sale. they made me feel right at home and worked within my budget they make you feel as you're a part of their family!

It was terrible experience! The manager Sergio is not professional, because I called to him and he knows about my case, i was far from dealership, and called to him if he can wait for me, then he told me YES! I drove for 0:55h, then when I arrived he gotta leave, and speak to another seller that no speak with me, but I have my history on my calls, another guy has welcomed me worse than Sergio, unfortunately I don’t have his name! It was very terrible experience!

BEWARE, I communicated by email and came to an agreed
price on a specific car. Went down there and the car did NOT
have the options that were listed online for this car and in our
communications. If I did not ask to see the car first before
signing papers I would have purchased a car without options I
thought I was buying. They apparently do the bait and switch
just to get you down there. I did not buy a car.
