Was mislead by the salesman about the truck when I arrived at the dealership.
The truck looked great from a distance but once I started looking closer you can see that this dealership is dishonest.
They claimed the truck was in great condition and had no issues. Right off the start the truck had bald tires, a huge dent on the tailgate, the bed was abused with paint and broken bed lights. When asked about why this wasn't disclosed on the internet they blamed others for the mishap.
The sales team was the true definition of what you would expect from used car lot.
Stay away from this dealership at all cost. This doesn't let you give zero stars or I would.

MANAGER ATTEMPTED TO SNEAK IN $2000 of FRIVOLOUS FEES
when you negotiate the purchase price of a car, you understand that you’re buying the car as it sits on the lot. Especially a used car. You arrive at the agreed upon price and then there are some other inevitable costs, the largest of which is the sales tax. The next large fee you expect to pay is the registration fees. That’s pretty much it, right?
Well not today, not at Buick GMC of Vacaville. We had an agreed upon price of $24200 and I called my bank to write the check. I asked for the amount from the sales person and I was shocked to see a number over $30,000! I asked for a breakdown of these costs and there were the costs I referenced above, and then there was some random $1990 fee. I asked what that was and I was told it was for some built in tracking device in the car so that if it’s stolen or posts are stolen from it, they can be found. This is deeply dishonest. They may charge me for the tires also!

horrible experience!! This dealer was good for communicating between messages but thats it! I arrive to my appointment and my salesman wasn’t even there and was busy. Had to talk with another who was very rude and made me feel less than because I was young and on a budget. He even asked me “do you want a good car or a cheap car?” and I responded with “both” and he just laughed at me. Plus the car I drove 30 minutes for wasn’t even at the dealer, they said it had a safety issue. Avoid this place at all costs!!
Was interested in a vehicle, asked if could see it…led me to believe It was at the dealership, it wasn’t. Told the guy not to run my credit yet…did it anyway…not a good experience.

After several calls and good communication, the salesperson and sales manager and I agreed on a price. We set
up an appointment for Friday morning @ 9:oo AM, I went to the bank and got a cashier check on Thursday for the
agreed up on amount. When I called bad to confirm the time( this was a three hour drive) the sales person said hold
on, the Sales Manager then came to the phone and stated they had sold the vehicle early that morning(No call to let
me know), he offer. I have no problem with them selling the vehicle as that is a car sales persons job. What I do
have a problem with is my wasted time, setting up time off work, getting my Wife to change her schedule around to
drive there.

Did not help me get the car I wanted. Tried to get me into one of their GMC cars and called over 20 times a day even though I kept communicating through email. Tried to pressure me into going in when I made it clear that they weren’t helping me in the way I was hoping for.

Had a great experience buying from them. They were very helpful and kept me up to date with the status of my purchase. There was a delay (beyond their control) but they got the situation resolved as quickly as they could. Good communication and friendly service.

Dealer relayed within a reasonable time. Gave me the information I asked for. Vehicle was out of my budget, but dealer offered to negotiate on the price I’d possible. Asked if there was anything else they could help with and was polite even thought I didn’t buy the truck.

We went to look at the vehicle and it wasn’t there. The salesman didn’t even know about the vehicle. He tried to selling us other vehicles.
He came back from talking to his manager and offered us another vehicle for 44k, the vehicle online was only 40k

I confirmed the vehicle was available and made an appointment with a salesman. When I got to the dealership the salesman said he was unaware of the appointment Because it’s an automated appointment system and he wasn’t informed and was busy with another customer. The salesman then brought up a different vehicle from the one I inquired about that was out of my price range. The Salesman admitted he couldn’t find a vehicle that I was there to see. The manager looked for the vehicle too and couldn’t locate it. This missing vehicle is still advertised on several websites.

it to another dealer in Hayward. An hour
later I called back and miraculously it was
there. Infer what you will about their
methods, but it seems extremely odd to be

Person I set the meeting with was late. The car was not prepped. The entire process was a wast of time. Nothing that the dealer said was true. I’ll never do business with GMC of Vacaville. Everyone I spoke with there said something that was untrue.
I completed the Inquiry Form so that they could contact me via email about the vehicle I was inquiring about. They contacted me via email immediately and I was in contact with a salesperson. They were professional and very patient which is not a common experience I’ve had at other dealerships. Once I arrived at the dealership, we discussed options and they were willing to work with me to help make this a positive experience. The finance employee was very friendly and helped make this process less stressful. The only negative part about this experience was that I live over an hour away. I would still highly recommend this dealership.
Really punctual and all the more kindness on assisting and completely satisfied with the responses to any type of inquiry !!
ALTHOUGH could of been best if transferred vechile up to 110 Coyote valley Blvd where it should be in its final resting place right in driveways of my Familys Home enjoyment!!

They were prompt, accurate and honest with their reply. When the car did not pass their internal inspection/evaluation it was promptly removed from the site and designated for auction. No high pressure attempt to steer me toward another vehicle. Pleasant and professional.

good he also said they had twelve dealers
he would just move it around til it sold even

I was looking at a car that was on their lot over two years I test drove it I was nice but came the price the car has damage and a scratch it needs 4 new tires cuss it sat for so long it has the flat spots from tires siting for so long trunk doesn't latch proper it looks like the car was damaged but no prof so I asked them to give me the price what the kbb says and they said no so I walk away. Do your homework and don't get cough into a trap with sale's person I has no warranty it's risk unless the price is right to take that risk

I met with a gentlemen named William (Bob). He was great to deal with, very responsive to my questions, straight answers, on top of all calls/email, my spouse and I got a very good vibe from him, would totaly trust him but eventually did not make a purchase (got a slightly better offer at a nearer location)
