The salesman Leroy KIssee has been very pleasant to work
with. He has not been pushy and has responded to all of my
questions regarding the financing and vehicle quickly.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Was buying a car from a different state which is 1600
Miles away. After talking to salesman for several days we agreed on a price. I filled out all the paperwork online and submitted everything to make my purchase. I was told my car would be ready the next day as it was getting detailed and serviced when i submitted the paperwork. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife’s birthday. I paid a transportation company $1000 to pick up the car the next day so I can get it to my home and surprise my wife. I got a call the following day and was told the vehicle was never put aside and and went out as a loaner to someone who took it out of state and did not know when it would be back. Was then also told the vehicle had about 8k more miles than what was stated in the paper that i signed. Left v/m for GM but no call back. Spoke to Brett who says they did nothing wrong. No apology or effort to make it right.

Terrible experience! They refused to allow us to pay cash for the vehicle without adding on over $5,000 in BS warranty policy. I would not trust
them to do any warranty work there as they also forced us to leave the vehicle with them to apply crappy tint. During that time they returned
the vehicle with multiple gashes and scratches in over 6 locations.

This place talks out of both sides of their mouth
and represents the reputation of used cars
salesmen very well! While informing me their
advertised car was put into the loaner program
and not for sale any longer, they were messaging
my wife about looking at the SAME car. THEN
they said the car was sold. Which is it? The sale
mgr who returned my call came off very
condescending or maybe it was my disgust in
this dealership at that point that made me take
him that way. One week later, the car i was
interested in is STILL listed for sale on their
website. Bait and switch much? Christina, the
saleswoman I spoke with and Brittany, both
appeared to be very nice and apologetic.
Hopefully they get away from their mgr before he
rubs off on them.

Drove four and a half hours one way, in order to pull into the parking lot and see three ppl scrambling around trying to get the car started. Numerous things were wrong with the car that I was not told over the phone. Also the finance department has difficulty with simple math. Would not recommend

The sales person was very professional. The vehicle I went to see had 2 visible accidents and it wasn't in the description. The vehicle needed a detail!
The concierge was very helpful and took care in helping me, very delightful person.
Nice people but horrible experience. They admitted they put the car up for sale before they went through it, needed new tires, etc. so they
gave me a loaner until ready. When I shop for a car and trading one in, Ive never had to wait for a car to be ready, esp for days. Finally got the
car but two weeks later horrible oil leak, now will cost $3K to fix. I will NEVER buy a used car from them again.

The color of the vehicle was not advertised correctly. We came in for a specific pearl Yulon white, but found out it was a base white.
We purchased the vehicle anyway. The dealer put the cheapest tires possible but did not air them up properly and within150 miles I had a blow out. I spent an additional $2,800 at the Range Rover dealer to get things right before I ever drove a half a tank of gas.
Finally, I get a call 2 weeks later saying they needed the Range Rover back because they never performed a safety inspection.
All I can say is wow! I learned a lesson and that is to never buy a luxery vehicle from a dealer who is not factory trained to work on them.
At the end of the day my sales men was a nice guy and I purchased the ride I wanted at a good price. For those reasons I’ll give an extra star.

They contacted me first thing the next morning but after being ready to pay it took 1 1/2 hrs waiting for the finance
person just to give them my credit card. I finally told them I needed to go it was after 7 pm and I had not eaten - so
finally they took my card which took less than 3 minutes. Car was not fully detailed when I went to see it had to go
back for them to do it but got the car because it was what I wanted.

out to look at this car. Pedro gave me a walk around the car and he answered all of my
questions about the vehicle and numbers. The car seemed to be in good shape with a few
cosmetic scratches and flaws, but nice. I did not have time to test drive it but I was offered to do
so. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I believe they lied to me I flew from Minneapolis Minnesota to Arlington Texas and when on a test drive l found out the car did not have everything that was advertised to have in equipment. When I asked the sales person all he did was deflect my questions once we got back to the dealership I looked in the glove compartment and there was original bill of sales with all the equipment listed on it. It stated in carguru and their website that it had adapter cruise but it did not which was very disappointing and that salesperson definitely lied about what equipment the car had.His name is Don

Very very difficult to deal with. Would not come off of list price in fact threatened to increase the price $1000.00 above advertised price. The sales manager said I threatened them and banned me from calling and refused to sale me the car at any price.
I have never dealt with such difficult people in my life.

The car was a good deal and I did purchase it, but the dealer would not come off the price at all and they did not give me as much for my trade-in as I had been offered at another dealership. In the end they turned the deal from a "good deal" to a "fair deal" because they were so inflexible with the price and trade-in. I bought the car because it was exactly what I was looking for.

Took over 5 hours and the price of the vehicle went up 2000$ from the first time I went to look at it and when I went back to buy it. Told them I was leaving if they didn't honer the first price and then they acted like they were doing me a favor.. then salesman says all the fluids are topped off and a full tank wife drove on the way home and the fuel light comes on, not impressed felt like second class probably will not go back

im from out of town. Worked with a salesman fir two days over the phone. They gave us an unbelievable deal on a SRX. We told them we we're committed and would pay over the phone or whatever it took to secure the deal. Next thing you know, they said they sold the car to someone else. That they couldn't take a deposit etc because that was "illegal" in the state of Texas! Liars! Out of town buyers beware!!! You may think you are on your way to Arlington to buy a particular car from them, but don't expect your GREAT deal to be there when you arrive!

The car was exactly as advertised by the dealer and the dealer was very

My wife and I visited this car dealership and were received in a very cordial
manner. Really appreciated the way we were treated. There was no real
pressure for upsells.
We bought the car and are happy with it so far.

I asked if they only do a Soft pull on my
credit they did a hard pull my credit
without my permission which made my
credit score drop that's the reason I did
not purchase a car from them
