I spoke to Henry on the phone on my way to the appointment on Monday and he told me that the car was still available, I drove 1 and 1/2 hours $32 in tolls only to find out that the car SOLD Saturday…TERRIBLE AND SHADY DEALERSHIP

Experience was horrible, got passed around to 3 different sales reps driving down to pick up the car. after telling them several times through the two day buying process that they better make sure the car is in decent shape we finally show up after a 6 hour drive only to find out that the car has several dents, scratches, paint chips covered up with a paint pen that didn’t match, drivers door handle was broken and then was told our bank check was no good and we were going to need to sign a contact that if the check didn’t clear we would have to finance through their bank. Was a definite scam, would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dealer wasn’t able to deliver the car (new Nissan Sentra SR 2021) that I was in contract with them to lease. And they were very slow to refund my deposit.

Drove from Westchester to see this car on 11/2 @4:30PM. Was told at 2:00PM that the car was still available. However once my family and I got there, we were told that "the car just sold" and they tried to sell us another car. My wife was skeptical that they were telling the truth. Lo and behold this car is still listed as for sale on Car Gurus as of 5 minutes ago on 11/7/19. A ploy to get people into the dealership? You decide.

By far the worst experience I have had at any dealership till date. Lady on the phone confirmed they have financing specials going on which is why I took my 36 weeks pregnant wife to see the car travelling 40 miles. After reaching there it felt like they were doing me a favor by selling their car. The finance guy was the rudest of the lot. Inspite of the car being listed as a CPO he was trying to put an additional $1000 saying they need it to be bay ridge certified :) I told him my FICO score which by all means were excellent yet they were not willing to say what financing options they have unless they run a hard credit. I would not recommend nor trust this dealership. Please stay away. There are other places you can take cars from.

I made an appointment to see the car and when I went to see the car it was already sold. I was disappointed but the customer service was good. The Sales Rep that was dealing with me was friendly.

Would not recommend When I spoke with the business office I explained about my credit issues, but was told to submit my paystubes and reach time I called was told we are working on it and that's been over a week. Ad said ALL credit welcomed. It was very disappointing.

Called ahead to see car. Waited for 2 hrs becsuse they couldn't find the keys. Liked the car but then the mngr tried to add a "Reconditioning fee" of $1400 to the price. I asked what that fee was and was told its for detailing the car and other repairs made on the vehicle due to previous owner. I got up and left. Wasted 3 hrs of my life.

Pathfinder was not an LE as advertised. Car was in very poor condition. Filthy inside and out. Broken items in cabin. This was an obvious bait and switch.

Called early before I made the trek all the way over to Bay Ridge to make sure this vehicle was still available.. And it was still available.. only to find out they could not sell me the car due to an airbag recall that they had no idea when it would be fix.. Ron the sales man was very pleasant and apologetic. It wasn't his fault.. I had been speaking to someone else who was not available when I got there and sent him to do the sale. They should not have this car listed on this site for sale if it cannot be sold and they should tell all prospective buyers inquiring about the vehicle this information and not have them drive to their show room for nothing

Was told I could come up to test drive, to call and confirm the morning off so the vehicle would be ready. Called and left message that i was coming up. No callback, drove 2 hrs and vehicle was not there. They said it was sent out to dealer for "recall". Was asked if I wanted to look at other vehicles. I was repeatedly contacted to look at other vehicles, and it seemed to be with no regard to my request to only see the Trailhawk. After several weeks of being told it would be back soon and continually having to call them to get status, I was told the vehicle was no longer available and was not sold by them. I had negotiated pricing in good faith but question whether the dealers heart was truly in the deal.

no response from dealer visited dealer gate was locked unable to view car called numerous times they promise to call back never do salesman and manager no reply seven after they apologize they still don't return calls was ready to buy that night but for some reason they close at nine pm but can't show you car after 825 pm gates are locked and don't have keys

Terrible,I called them to set up appt when I arrived the car was filthy and then they told me car was sold as I was waiting for an appraisal for my trade they tried to sell me a different car but days weeks later the car was still listed and when I called to check they said it was available.I would stay away

They had a low mileage car at a good price and the customer service was good. James is the best salesperson was patient and very knowledgable about the cars he sold. Recommend doing business again.

They were great. Based on my credit n also that I had absolutely nothing to put down, I really appreciate all the wrk they put out to get me a loan for me to get the SUV I wanted. I picked my car nxt day after the bank verification. I went to another Nissan dealer out in NJ(Springfield Nissan), which is close where I live n they had me sit n wait for 3 hrs without communicating wat was going on. I kept asking questions n they seemed like they were answering abrubtly n wlkin away. There customer service sucked. I was in Brooklyn that afternoon n decided to to stop in at Bay Ridge Nissan. I told them my experience n they came through for me. They were excelent. Thank you Bayridge Nissan.:-D

I was very nervous about visiting this dealership due to all the negative reviews, however I was very pleased. This dealership is very similar to every other Nissan dealership I've been too and it appears that it has a large stock of new and used cars. I was thrilled with the price of the used Nissan Altima I saw online and when I arrived I learned it was being sold for almost $5,000 more. However, I had printed the information from this site and they immediately honored the lower price. I was thrilled with the purchase as well as the dealer. My only advice is to PRINT THE ONLINE INFORMATION before you go.

I went to dealer to see a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe they had on their website and had posted on line. Angela took my appointment to come see the car noon earlier this week. I drove 30 miles through traffic to see a car that wasn't available to be seen - it was at the body shop! In the meantime a salesman nicely showed me other vehicles that were very attractive but after more than an hour of looking at 'other' vehicles I learned these other cars were way out of my budget! I spent over 3 hours at the dealership and saw NOTHING that was feasible for my purposes or that was in my budget. There's more to the story but I won't bother to waste YOUR time. as this was a total waste of my time... Good luck having a better time with these people.

Run AWAY !!!! this dealership is full of scam artist. I took my car as trade-in they told me that they would give me 17 grand for my car and the car that I was purchasing we settled at 20 grand. Once I started the paper work and the transferred me to the financing department were they tried to stick me with 14 grand loan. They were virtually taking me my car for free and selling me their car at full price. I cursed everyone out for wasting my wife and my time. If I could I would give them negative stars !! Burn in hell idiots .
