I am extremely disappointed with my experience at EchoPark. Communication was poor, and the listing for the car was misleading. The team didnât seem knowledgeable
about the vehicle they were selling, and I was constantly contacted by different people who werenât communicating with each other. I requested a call to clarify some issues
but never received one. Worst of all, the car had a broken window that was never disclosed. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I was let down, my appointment was at 7pm and coincidently exactly at 7pm I get a text as I'm pulling in parking lot that the vehicle i was inquiring about was sold, but yet its still listed as for sale. So I know that was just a ploy to get me to come in. So I left, I'm not about playing games so if thats their way of getting customers then I'm not about that. So I thank them because if they hadn't done that then I would've never found the car I did buy somewhere else. Too bad for Echo's loss of sale.

Spent 4 hours doing paperwork and paid them 10k before they realized they had already sold the car to someone else. Don’t buy the extra warranty. Rip off.
Tell you it’s one a one price dealership then add 700$ worth of forced fees.

It was ok. We had a 2:00 appointment but they were so busy when we arrived we were told it was
going to be about 30-40 minutes. When we complained a little they were able to get us the keys to
test drive in about 15.

I'm glad I was able to get EchoPark Thornton on my radar. Very friendly and helpful when you walk in. I was greeted and helped right away by Leonard Garcia. He helped me with what I'd call was a no pressure buy he got me in to exactly what I wanted. Even if I wouldn't have walked out with a vehicle I feel like Leonard would of been just as happy as he was getting me the vehicle I wanted

The dealership contacted me soon after I expressed an interest in the vehicle and I was able to set up an appointment for a test drive.
My salesperson Felicia was very friendly and helpful during the buying process. I requested a minor repair to the vehicle and they were able to make it happen while I waited. I would, however, recommend not coming on a Saturday as it is apparently their busiest day of the week. Otherwise it was a great experience and I am thrilled with my new car!

Called the dealership to verify that the car was still available. They said yes and told us it was going to be sitting in front waiting for us to take it for a test drive. Drove for an hour. 60 miles. To be told that the car was not there and that it was sold. After telling us and verifying that it would be WAITING for us to drive. When we asked to speak to a manager, all of a sudden the car was FOUND. AMAZING. Don't shop for a car here. We don't recommend. Zero stars in our rating.

Great dedicated sales staff issue was after purchase. EcoPark sold me an SUV that they did
not have the title to. Try calling and talking to someone not in sales. GM wont call me back.
Title clerks will not call me back. I paid cash. I am not waiting on the state to give me plates. I
am waiting on EchoPark to give me the title. EchoPark hangs up or avoids my calls.

I had a great experience at EchoPark, tho when I showed up I was told the car I came for was no longer available (I drove 2 hrs to get
there). Armando did a phenomenal job walking me thru how they work, what inventory they have, taking me on couple of test drives,

Echo park does not allow for contactless purchasing. We found that the person answering the phone was extremely unpleasant, rude and not
very helpful. It was a very poor experience. when we asked for a call back about a vehicle I don't think anyone called us back from this
location. We contacted several other dealerships who were much more helpful and willing to provide better customer service. Based on our
experience I would not recommend Echo Park.

NEVER EVER will I return to this dealership. I scheduled an appointment, told them I was coming from Colorado Springs. Got there at the scheduled time(1hour and 30 min one way ) 3 hours round trip To only be told they could not find the car I came to look at, and tried showing me two other vehicles that were 15k more then the one I was interested in. This place is unprofessional and very ghetto. They definitely lost out on a 25k cash buyer. They did that to get me in the door and try to buy something more expensive. They right away sit you down start doing numbers and after the numbers are added they want to show you the car. I absolutely hate this place.

My salesperson worked really hard to find the vehicle I was searching for, and considering I made a purchase on the spot, he hooked me up with exactly what I needed which I appreciate! However he was visibly upset when I didn't buy the add-on insurance offered by ally through the dealer, which was an extra $3200. It would have added an extra $100 to my monthly payment, which I just could not afford. He made sure to tell us "if anything goes wrong, don't call us!!" which gave me.. sketchy vibes. Please don't treat me as less-than, when I was very clear about how much I am able to afford

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was contacted by Raven via text which is what I requested. Right out of the box she informed me “we don’t negotiate” she treated me like I was an annoyance and didn’t want to be bothered. Told me to go to carcrash.com to get the value of my trade in. What a joke. They low balled so low on my 2 year old excellent condition truck, I had to laugh.

Good experience. I recommend getting the car inspected by a mechanic not associated with the dealer. Mine found some problems that Echo park did not tell me about, but they fixed them once I brought them the report.

When I arrived at the dealership the car was not up front and ready for me which I thought it would be. While test driving the vehicle I was hearing some knocking sounds when hitting bumps. My contact person said they would have the technicians look at it and let me know. I still never found out what the knocking sound was and they sold the car already. I just hope they let the person who bought it know about it!

The dealer was quick to respond and make an appointment that same day. At time of arrival the check in was quick and the wait to get in contact with our sales person was no more than 5 minutes. Because of COVID, the sales person did not come in the car with us when we test drove the vehicle (which made us feel that we were in a good environment.) The car was clean enough for the test drive but it was detailed at the moment of doing the paper work before handed to us. The customer service over all was great. Very friendly and helpful. Our sales person Grey took the time to answer every question we had and never rushed a step. The dealer itself felt very modern which I enjoyed. Definitely would recommend coming here to anyone.

Unprofessional - they handled our application, checked our credit, we agreed on pricing and we were ready to drive there to sign and purchase. Literally as we were walking out the door, they called to tell us the car was sold to someone else. No heads up that someone else was looking at the car - just too many people working there who don’t talk to each other, each one just looking out for themselves- very disappointing.

I set up an appointment at 8:16 AM for Noon the same day. I drove 40 minutes to my appointment, arrived on time; to be told that the car had
sold an hour ago. An ounce of communication would have saved two hours of my day. The Dealership appears very nice and professional but
apparently lacks in internal communication. I would not recommend spending your time on-line with this dealer. You might as well just go there
and see if they have something you want. I'm one customer of thousands, my opinion isn't going to make or break them, nor would the sale of
this car.

So I wasn’t very sure what I wanted as far as a truck or SUV. I ended up needing to look around at different vehicles to decide. In my mind I was a major pain in the butt. However, the representative, Brie, who assisted me in every step, took me around and was super helpful, polite, and accommodating to my needs. She answered all the questions in a professional and knowledgeable way. There is no haggling at this place. It sounds weird, but the stress and frustrations of buying a car were zero. My wife, and I dread shopping for cars as it is a hassle. This was not the case at eco park Thornton however. We left feeling happy. We were able to enjoy the SUV we purchased without feeling like we just got taken for or had our time wasted. I highly recommend this dealership.

Since you can't do 1/2 stars, I'm just putting it out there that I'm giving this a 4.5/5 (went with a 5 just because they were great to work with).
I've never worked with a dealership like EchoPark, and overall it was a great experience! They were extremely patient with me when it came
to me making a decision on whether or not to purchase the Dodge Charger. I'm only going with a 4.5 because the car could have been fixed
up a bit better prior to selling it (some of the interior trim is peeling and could have been easily fixed, random chips in the windshield that could
have been fixed)-- partially my fault for not calling it out and requesting it be fixed, but still something that should have been done prior to
selling. Make sure you check the cars thoroughly before buying! Overall, I would definitely shop there again.

We had a great experience with our car purchase. When we arrived they were expecting us and
the car was ready and waiting for us to test drive it. Our sales person wasn't at all pushy and was
willing to show us other cars we asked about. He was knowledgeable in his answers, and if he
didn't know the answer he told us that.
The only thing that was confusing was how we corresponded with several different sales people.

Our experience with Echo Park was fantastic. We worked with two different people. Rob helped us with finding the car. On two separate occasions we were allowed to test drive the vehicle and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. When we were ready to purchase the vehicle, Rob was not available but Jordan stepped in and was excellent to work with. Jordan showed his love of cars during the purchasing process. It is fun to work with people who truly love vehicles! He was quick and efficient and had us in and out within an hour and a half.

Car wouldn't start even though I had an appointment to come look at it. The battery was dead and they weren't able to do that simple maintenance, or get the car ready for me

I ending up buying a different vehicle at Echo Park. They have an excellent selection.
The point to remember about Echo Park is it is first come, first serve. If you are looking at a specific vehicle
you need to be there and your salesperson needs to get the vehicle key/FOB in hand to ensure it is held for you while doing the paperwork.
I bought a 2017, and am very happy with it. There were some things to take care of, but look at the factory warranty and then the warranty they sell you on-site. Had a couple things fixed at my local dealership under the factory warranty with no problem. Have not tried ALLY yet, but am satisfied Echo Park will help get it going at my local dealership, if needed. They even have play areas for the kids.

On the positive side, the "Apple Store" ambiance was pleasant; there were no hidden fees; there was no pressure to buy add-on services; we do think the price of our vehicle was good.
But as with all car dealers you should "Trust But Verify". The sales tax calculated for our purchase was not correct ($600 high). The listed price included only one key fob; only the brand dealer (Volvo) could sell us a second one ($400).
The KBB valuation report EchoPark provided was $1278 more than the Fair Purchase Price I see at KBB.com (with same equipment, ZIP code, mileage). EchoPark also provided a NADA valuation, which is notoriously above market.
The very experienced mobile mechanic we hired to inspect the car was certain that some of the repair work claimed on the ReconPro Inspection Report had NOT ACTUALLY BEEN DONE. These "mistakes" cast doubt on EchoPark's entire inspection process. A tool required to change a tire was missing. The cargo area of the vehicle contained glass shard
Amazing! The salesman that assisted us was absolutely the best. We told him what we were interested in and he found us the perfect car. I
cannot say enough good things about EchoPark. We were in and out in record time, with the car we wanted at the price we budgeted for.

We had a great experience buying a Jeep from Gray at EchoPark Thornton. He was very patient with all of our questions and explained every part of the process to us! We emailed about a Jeep that we liked and immediately got a phone call back, we drove up and were test driving it within 10 minutes of getting there. The vehicle was in great condition and we went home happy owners of a new to us Grand Cherokee!

Beautiful location. Awesome vehicle inventory. My issue is their financing practice which does not allow you to use pre approved loan from your own institution. They “select” a lender for you. One that will approve your loan but at TWICE interest rate you’d normally qualify for. I get that’s the reason their car prices are so low but not everyone can refinance at a better rate. Proceed with caution

It helps that one can do so much research online these days, so I went in knowing if this was a good price. Echo staff made it an easy buying experience. Excellent communication from the beginning. Setup an appointment and met wiha our guide. Test drive the vehicle of interest and ultimately made the purchase. Very pleased with the overall experience. Will use Echo Park again in the future without hesitation.
Set up an appointment to go buy the car. Sales person told me they would hold the car for me, and when I called to confirm the car was there, while I was driving to the dealership, they told me that they sold it. I had ask if I ha needed to put a deposit down for the hold and they told me no. When I got a follow up call from them they were surprised I went somewhere else to buy the same model of car.

I emailed them Friday morning that I would be early. Only to be told they sold vehicle the night before. I said I would look at the last altima sl only to be told it was out with an exec. They wasted my time n a 3 hour drive one way. Very poor service. Not happy whatsoever.

Echo Park in Thornton was a high-tech super experience that for older people I think is a little over the edge. I did not like the experience I'm sure millennials younger people would love it my daughter was crazy about it and actually enjoyed the experience personally I'm over sixty I did not like the experience I would never recommend anyone to go there and I would not go there again.

My overall experience was good however the sales person who helped me initially was clearly disinterested in what I was needing/wanting in a vehicle, he offered no information, no other vehicle options and his body language gave off his sense of boredom. He thankfully knew he wasn’t getting a sale and brought a manager over who provided me with other options of vehicles that I might not have thought of. I would return to this dealer but would avoid that initial salesperson.

We went and test drove the 2015 Ford Focus at the dealer and liked it. We purchased it, and then a
week later they called to tell us they gave us the 2017 Ford Focus instead of the 2015. They
promised our monthly payment wouldn't go up when we had to go back in and sign papers for the
2017. The monthly payment did go up a little and they told us there was nothing they could do
about it and that it was due to a "clerical error".

too pricey. the sales lady was nice but she accidentally locked my car keys in my car and set off the alarm when they were looking at my car for a trade in. the car engine was weak and a lot of things that are standard in an XLE edition were missing.

Unique Dealership. Only in-house financing. No car over 4 years old in inventory. Sales staff on salary.
I was impressed with the overall experience, and it isn’t easy to impress me with a car deal/dealer.
Anyway, they beat my % rate from USAA, who I’ve been a member with since 1974. I nought the Audi A5 2.0T the same day I inquired through CarGrus.
Echo is a Clean, and Welcoming dealer. No games. No pressure (honestly).
The associate I worked with, Rob, did an excellent job.
I would recommend this Dealer to anyone looking for a car, no older than four years old.

Dealer was responsive and kind, but we had a miscommunication about reserving the car I wanted. They said they would hold it, I bought a plane ticket to come see the car, and they had sold it as I was driving to the airport. It left me in a bad position. Next time I would have made certain a deposit was placed and the car would be held.

Echo Park Automotive also had a 2016 Acura MDX with all the features I was looking for (Navigation) with the
right exterior color at a great price. I made an appointment and met Paul Kaiser who showed me the car and
we took it on a test drive. Their MDX drove great like my old MDX and I decided to purchase the car. Paul
explained their extended warranty to 100,000 miles and helped arrange financing with my preferred Credit
Union. I put 1/2 down and got a great rate for my loan. I picked up the car November 14 and I am very happy.

Vehicle sold and website was not updated in a timely manner.
They contacted me and said the car was
available, it was newer arrival. They asked
when I wanted to take a look. I said the
next day I would come by and take a look.
They said they would keep me informed in
case the car was no longer available or
sold. But they didn’t. I got a email alert not
from the dealer the next day saying the car
was no longer available. So I did not plan to
go into echo park. I got a text early
afternoon to see what time I would be
stopping in to see the car, I text back and
asked if the car was still available? They
said they would check and then let me
know . They text back 10-15 min later and
said the car was being sold right then. How
could they be selling the car at that time
when I had gotten a text alert already

I felt very at easy and comfortable with my experience at Echo Park in Thornton. Faith, our rep, was really friendly and knowledgeable about the process. She made our purchase seamless and super easy. I will go back again for my next purchase.
I did contact them about a Hyundai Hybrid Limited through cargurus. They replied right away, they have better prices then out here in ABQ. unfortunately my wife quit her job. I now have to wait till one of us gets a job first. Hopefully they will have some more great cars and deals. I won't buy from ABQ.

Great price for the car. Bit of a hard sell on the gap insurance, extended warranty, and vehicle care packages but that is up to the customer to accept or refuse. Their interest rate was better than our credit union offered us. EchoPark will always get our business as long as their prices remain the lowest in town.

Overall Good. Great price, on the lines of a private party. I was able to set
up an appointment the same evening. There was an open recall but Mark
was quick to help in pulling details together. Downside is that they don't
accept outside financing. Even with a great credit score the APR they offer
is always higher than what you could get outside. And of course you would
be persuaded to get extended warranty and GAP insurance but that's
totally on you to accept or decline. Otherwise paper work was quick, hardly
an hour wait after we agreed on a deal.

Overall we are very pleased with the buying experience. The van was exactly
as advertised and the purchase process was easy and quick. We had a
driver fly in to pick up the van and the dealership was ready for him as he got
there and in just a few minutes our driver was on his way home.
John was a big help. The sales exerience was long but good. They tried to find the very lowest financing possible. I would have preferred a longer test drive but so far after only having the vehicle 3 weeks we are happy. Starting to hear some not normal engine sounds so time will tell how that experience goes.

Definitely not a good experience. The salesman came out and asked me what I was looking for and I told him. He then asked in a condiscending way "Why, that kind of car?" When we went out to test drive I asked to test drive more than one of the Chevy Equinox's and he said " Really? You want to test drive both?" Then I asked if they ere both the same year he replied "yeah" I then looked on the cars to verify and one was 2013 and one was 2014. Not only was he rude but also not knowledgeable at all. I have a 5000 dollar down payment and was ready to buy, but he couldn't be bothered. I will not be returning to any of the echopark/carwash dealers. I suggest others don't either if you value a purchase as serious as a car.

Cody and Zac were amazing and made everything easy! I recently had all my cars totaled due to a hail storm. I was on a time crunch and I had to drive 100 miles to get to their location and they met me right away, had the car I wanted out and ready to test drive and the paperwork started! I am recommending them to everyone!
I have been working with an certain person for a while because I live out of town. When I arrived for an appointment, they said she was from the call center... and assigned a salesman. The car was not ready, he went to pull it around. It was filthy inside and out. He stated it had hail damage from the recent storm. I asked if the car would be discounted due to the damage he acted like it was no big deal and he said no.... that I could buy the car then get it fixed. I was appalled and disgusted at the dealership. Wastes a 2 hour drive when they could have told me the car was damaged.
The experience was lengthy, which is to be expected. I love the car, but... The charger plug in the front of the vehicle doesn’t work. I was told i would be contacted to get it fixed. 2.5 weeks later I haven’t heard back. Also, 3 days after I got it, a light came on that there’s an overdue service.

Friendly, knowledgeable, comfortable buying experience.
Very clean and open dealership. I did all of my homework in advance, so I
knew the car I was looking for as I drove across town to see it. The vehicle
was in like new condition, and well cared for. So far it has been a pure joy
to drive. My sales agent (Shariff?) at the dealership was friendly and
knowledgeable about the vehicle in question, but did overstate some of
the features of the vehicle just a bit. I won't deduct points for that though,
he was upselling the car to me I'm sure, as is common in the profession,
but I don't believe was intentionally being misleading. No pressure sale as
they are not commissioned (although I have to imagine they have some
sort of quota, otherwise there would be little incentive to sell), but also no
pressure, as I was basically sold on the vehicle before getting there, and
was just looking for reasons NOT to buy it.
My first experience at an Echo Park was outstanding. The sales person
was extremely knowledgable, helpful and patient. Plus he allowed a
long test drive (versus another Echo Park where it was a custom route
they wanted you to drive). The car was unfortaunetly less than perfect
or I would have bought here. Trade in value fair.

The process was quick, no haggling and I got a great car at an amazing price. They even offer free car washes for free for the life of the car! The next day I noticed a chip in the windshield which they replaced for free the next day.. I would recommend EchoPark to anyone wanting a positive experience buying a good car..

EchoPark far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful dealership, everyone was very personable, and my salesman, Sherif, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about not only the car I was interested in purchasing, but cars in general. More so than any other sales person I've worked with before. No one at EchoPark ever felt pushy, and the whole car buying experience was actually enjoyable! And I love the fact you get free car washes for as long as you own the vehicle!

In my lifetime I have bought many cars and trucks and all those times were not especially good experiences but I have to say I was totally surprised going to Echo Park I was treated with respect and Scott or I mean Sean nurse at Satterfield was a tremendous resource for me and stayed with me and he did the best job I have ever experienced with our sales person I gave him the highest recommendation I can thank you
I like the concept of a "no hassle, no negotiating price" dealership. However it's hit or miss with the salary based employees. They are tech savvy and able to recite verbatim the kind of dealership it is, but most lack personality and car knowledge. However I would buy a car there based on pricing.

Overall was not a bad experience. The sales representative forgot some details that I thought were concerning. When she had e-mailed me asking if I had any questions or concerns, I had brought up the fact that she had oversaw some details that were a part of the purchase. At this point despite the sales agents inattentiveness I was still very happy with the overall experience. It was the response from my sales agent that really caused me not to give this store a perfect score. I advised her of the concerns and in response she had dismissed them and wrote me back a very condescending message. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect that I will be treated with respect!
