Make sure you check and recheck your car, finance numbers and especially your contract. Things were added (forced) to the contract that should have been optional (LoJack and Safe Guard). Not Cool!!!

AWESOME DEALER!!! Wonderful experience!! I was approved before walking in the door.. Quick and simple process. I walk in and test drive the vehicle, signed the paperwork and was on my way. I have purchase 3 vehicles from this dealer in the past and return again in the future..

Before I could even test drive the car, the dealership wanted to run my credit. I told them that they didn't need to run my credit ran because I told (and showed) them that I had a 'Not To Exceed' check from my Credit Union, they still huffed and puffed and still wanted to run my credit. I asked why are you going to run my credit before I test drive the car and what if I don't liking it? They spoke around the question. Eventually, I was able to test drive the car and the car had a Check Engine light on.

No response, hmm I have previously contacted them for a different car also no response. It's taken several days before someone from the dealership contacted and asked if anyone responded to my inquiry. I begin to believe that is the practice of this car dealership.

Test drove the car I wanted and the electrical inside like the screen didn’t even work, the guy told me he had to jump start the car before I drove it so needless to say I didn’t purchase that one, I test drove another similar car and ended up purchasing that one but was very disappointed to find out that the car didn’t have navigation like the salesman said it did (which I told him was a must on my list) my fault for not making him show me but I trusted him, also I just noticed that the car didn’t come with the spare tire that they said was included, so I feel a little mislead by this company.

Not sure about these people.. I was told that the car I was interested in was available to come give it a test drive. When I inquired about the car's accident history they told me that they'd get back to me. No one ever did. Then I called back they said the car was no longer available. They seem like they're shady dealers.

Saw a car es 350 and called some one said they would send it to Baltimore. Went to go see it and they gave me the run around asked did I want to see any other cars. Long story short they sold the car. Asked me if I wanted to come back tomorrow. Why would I do that it was a waste of my time

Terrible service. I called to see if the car was on reserved & the guy told me no & to come on in for a test drive ect. I walked in & it took the person who I spoke on the phone with 30 minutes to come over & even talk to me. He then tells me that the car is under contract & I can only look at the car so I did & of course he tried to get me to spend my money on something else. He then tells me if the person doesn't come within 48 hours that I can go on with the buying process. The car is still online & I have yet to receive the phone call from him that I can come in. It's now been a week since I've last spoke with him. I will spend my money else where!!

Very dishonest. While the car fax shows no accident. All over the car had major accident and has been painted poorly after. bottem line: don't trust their words they don't do clean business

They baited me, as I've read they do. I called them about this particular car to see if it was black or blue. The description said it was black but the pictures were blue. I was told it was black and that they could transfer it to the manassas location because it was the closest one to me. I received an email around noon that day confirming that the car had been transferred. So I drove 45 minutes to see the car only for them to tell me that the car had been sold the night before. They were kind enough to ask me if I was interested in any other car though! Give me a break, these guys are running a scam. If you feel like wasting a good chunk of your day getting duped, by all means, reach out to these clowns. Otherwise, save your breath.

they responded via email that the car had everything i was asking for. I asked for pictures and someone texted me a picture. In the pic i noticed no sunroof so i emailed again asking for assurance and they never responded back. It took me 4 days to get a straight answer about the vehicle having or not the features i was after. something with this dealer smells bad. the "cooming soon" image has been like this for over 2 weeks now. I would be very carefull before conducting business with them. Google the reviews and you will understand what i mean

The vehicle advertised was a bait vehicle. Something posted just to get people into the dealership. They didn't even have it. I was told they had another vehicle that was just being advertised and that they would call me later in the week. The call never came but I found the perfect vehicle at another dealership.

Teribble customer service. Ignored by chat requests. Wouldn't take specific pictures of areas on the vehicle that I was driving 6 hrs to see. Told me price was negotiable on vehicle then day later said sorry it's firm. Very rude and loosely run all around. I would go to a reputable dealership.
