Dealer responded we had great conversation about the automobile I was interested in a 2014 cadillac xts v sport. Ricardo was nice answered all my questions because it was going to be out of state purchase he put all my concerns to rest with his knowledge of the business. We talked for close to two weeks the car was being serviced so I never was able to do a virtual test drive. The disappointment came even though i express I wanted to purchase the car he wanted me to wait and do the virtual test drive which is understandable. After the wait I get a text that they sold the car so I never saw did the tour. I was very disappointed because I really was excited about the purchase. I express my concern to Ricardo when we first spoke this has happen to me previously. I live in New Jersey they are located in Virginia car guru is a great But the out of state purchase is not for me...

The dealership was nice and they seemed to have some great cars. The car I looked at I didn’t end up getting because there were a few issues but the dealer was willing to look into them. Communication wasn’t the greatest just because I think they seem very busy. It was a pretty good experience though.

The sales rep never responded after the first initial conversation.. Then he rudely put my wife and me on hold and he could be heard joking andaugbing in the background... He never made an attempt to help at all I will never recommend this place and I will pass along to everyone looking for a car never goto this place it a waste of time and a very unrespectful sales service....

Great experience with this dealer, they gave us plenty of time to look at the vehicle and drive it. We weren't able to come to an agreement on this car but I would have no issue with going back to DFS if there was another vehicle I was interested in!

My overall experience was amazing. The owner was very professional and demonstrated a deep knowledge and passion about cars overall. He even came in on a Sunday because it was more convenient for me and my schedule to view the car. He was straight forward and didn't try any cheap sales tricks and worked out a great deal for me. I wasn't able to close though because an unexcepted expense that came up for me in my personal life but I highly suggest this car dealer to anyone.

Deal went ok lot of miscommunication between selling agent and financial agent. Financial agent is a female won't say her name, but she was very rude and argumentative for no reason at all. Tried to change the numbers at the buying stage. Only wanted to give me 1 key and keep the other. Helluva car clean,nice, and beautiful price just need to make some changes with the financial officer. The time we spent with her was awful almost left without the car.

I purchased a car here in January. The buying experience itself was simple and plain (as if should be) however, i experienced some uneasy things along the way. First they wouldn't let me get the car inspected anywhere but through their own "trusted mechanics" (C&J) This being weird to me being that I myself am a salesman at a used dealership (didn't bring it up) but I figured as much from a place in that area. I noticed most of the cars were mostly repos/auction saves as well. I blame myself for most of what happens next, as i felt I rushed myself into to it. Since purchasing, i've noticed many issues and items that have come up with the car that I never noticed before purchasing (CEL, wiper blades,locked calipers, rust on undercarriage,etc) but most things I was fine fixing as I got the car as a running project. I could image a less enthusiastic person being blown away by what I've dealt with on the car. (so far anyway..) not to mention, the car shouldn't have even passed Virginia State Inspection. But i didn't blow up the spot, simply because of my love of the car i got, and that i see so much potential in it. their "trusted mechanics" opted to fixed one main issue i mentioned, but never had time to do so. I ended up getting my mechanic to finish what they "started". All in all I had a sketchy experience, and would not recommend or buy from this place again. Good news is, I'm slowly turning the car into a roadworthy vehicle, and having fun doing so.
