This has been the most absolute worst experience. Not only after running my credit to “give me better payments and make me happy,” they raised the price on the vehicle $4000, but would not give me a list of what their service did to the vehicle. When I asked for it (multiple times) I was told to “just come test drive and see what a great truck it is”—I live 4.5 hours away, I’m not going to take a joyride to not get the vehicle. After asking if he would be removing the extra thrown in charges, Dre stopped responding to me.
I absolutely loved the truck and would definitely have purchased it, I wish it was at any other dealer than this one. Very disappointed.

They are horrible. The internet price is just bait and when you get there the price goes way up. Also, they won’t allow any outside financing. We were pre approved by Capital One with a very favorable rate and their rates were much higher. Their claim was since the car was so cheap on the internet we had to use their financing. Also, they wanted to charge more for the tires that were already on the car. Everyone should avoid them.

Very rude and unprofessional. Go to purchase car and they are charging $899 to get the car ready to sell to me. You are a dealership the car should be ready for sale. Then the general manager comes out with an attitude because I refused the deal which is my right. Don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Also that’s not the price that they are selling the car for. They try to add warranties and stuff to that car which the first offer they showed me it blew up to 28,000

BAIT & SWITCH. Asking $37,000 for a car they had listed for 30,000. Before taxes, and if I finance through them. If not, it's an additional 3000 in fees. That's 7000-10,000 in fees.

Horrible experience I drove over 3hrs to get there and they jacked the the price up 6500 bucks from the internet price we agreed on.They told me it was for some weird fee that was totally unjustified. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

After reading horror stories of others at various dealers I was prepared for the worst. But, my son and I were pleasantly surprised by our
experience at CDJR of Princeton. I made an appointment by email to see a specific car listed on CarGurus (2018 Honda Accord). The next
day when we arrived at the dealer the sales person, Andrew, greeted us, and promptly took us out for a test drive. We liked the car. After
addressing a few minor issues, we negotiated the price with Andrew. He was very quick to address our concerns with some of the charges
listed on the original quote with his manager and after a couple of rounds of offer and counter-offer we had a deal! No pressure to buy an
extended warranty or any extras and the paperwork went smoothly. Andrew was polite and responsive to our needs throughout the
process. He personally attached the temporary license plate to the car before we drove it home. I would strongly recommend this dealer to
anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle.

The experience was fine, simply contacted to
inquire about the vehicle.
Tom Bailey, the salesman, was great. Unfortunately, after his dealership raised the price 1500 dollars overnight , added
3000 dollars in markup, 499 dollars for an aftermarket brake package, and an above market 749 dollars documentation
fee, the car which was priced competitively on the Internet ended up pricing higher than other comparable vehicles . We
did not take this bait and switch deal and hope that other buyers are forewarned . We drove a good distance to see this car
, and it ended up being a waste of time

I made an appointment to test drive the car on 6/22. It’s an hr and 15 minute drive to the dealer for me. About 15 minutes away from the dealer, I got a text saying the car had been moved. Needless to say I was furious since I had confirmed the appt earlier that day. Not a good experience to say the least.
Beware, deceptive business practices. I inquired about a car listed at $53000. After a lot of running around, the car is actually $56000, plus a preparation fee of $3000. Unless I use their financing at terrible rates. Wasted several days chasing down this car and calling about it. Steer far far far away.

Very good! I purchased The 2021 Red Lexus RX 350. I’m loving the vehicle.
I put on a price in the comment and said in the comment this is my price if it does not work with you please do not bother to even call.
I received a first phone call that person was not aware of the comment.
And then I received a second phone call from a extremely arrongant person telling the car is priced for this amount such and such like don’t worry about this car a buyer is comming to get it in a few.
I did not ask for all that. Also the 2nd guy that call me was really rude and been verry disrespectful with his insignation.
So I asked him why did you call me back because I said if the price cannot work out you don’t need to reach back and he reply by saying I had to classify you as it should be in your place. With curses also

They advertise a price of the Jeep that I wanted on your site for $58,733. SoI drive an hour out of my way just to find out they will subtract only $500 from the $62,000 sticker of the vehicle that I wanted. Talk about bait and switch! I will never deal with or recommend this dealership to anyone. The only way they could fix this is if they honored the price that they advertised. What a waste of time and gas!

Travelling over an hour to see a used car is always a customer's prerogative. The car in question was a 2009 - so it did have imperfections and was priced accordingly. The customer offered $2,000 below our price. Our manager did in fact counter offer by saying that we could talk about lowering the price by hundreds - but not thousands. The customer walked out when we refused his $2,000 discount. Originally spoke to Lou (online sales specialist) about a Certified Pre-owned, who was very
professional and not pushy at all. Went back and forth with sale manager (Doug) about the
price, finally settling on a fair deal. Was then turned over to Konstantin (saleman) who put the
package together. After package was finalized. I went it to get the Jeep at Baker. During my
visit, I looking over the car and noticed a dig in the door in which they credited me to pop-it-out
as there dent guy was on vaca. I was then off to see Craig in Finance who explained all the
paperwork I was signing. And at the end reverified that there was no hick-ups......especially
with the 84 months/100k mile power train warranty.
When shopping for a vehicle, don't just shop on price, look at customer service as well. As this
small family owned Jeep Dealer fits the bill.

Baker has been persistent staying in touch with me regarding this vehicle. I live 70 minutes away and I've not had an opportunity to sit down with their finance mgr. I placed a deposit on the car. It took a week to come in. We are scheduled tomorrow to negotiate. They have been wonderful to work with. Now, let's see if we can strike a deal.

Internet sales person very helpful in setting up appt. Internal sales person very cordial and responsive. We purchased this vehicle. Vehicle was very clean - had a front dent on passenger side that did not easily appear in photos. Car was listed by CARFAX with no accident reports.
Sales handled efficiently by all staff.
One complaint - the car had almost no fuel. I almost got on the interstate with an empty tank, but caught it before I entered. I believe at least a quarter tank of gas would have been appropriate, especially since they knew I had a 60+ mile drive to home.
Internal sales person called back on following Monday to check on my experience so far - nice touch!
Car is driving well - its a Toyota!

I tried so hard to buy a Jeep from here. They have a good 2012 Wrangler
listed. After weeks of trying to get information by phone and email I finally
set up a test drive. Unfortunately, a couple hours before heading out to
the dealer the drive was canceled due to them "legally not being able to
show the car due to a part backorder." A few weeks later and the car is
still listed but no response back on whether or not I can test drive it. It's
too bad since this was my first choice. I've never had to try this hard to
buy something.

Rob, Jim and Nick know how to do business. Everything was as advertised, 100% disclosure and honesty and the deal was so competitive I didn't even need to haggle.
They worked tirelessly with me to complete a tedious loan application with my credit union. Provided fast and professional support throughout email, phone and text.
Drove 4 hours to this dealership to pick up the car and I was not disappointed. My best experience so far with dealerships.

First they claim I was close to them and I wasn't - it was over an hour's drive. Although I did test drive the liberty and it was of interest, their were cosmetic defects on this car which weren't obvious from their photographs nor did they point them out like other dealers did. They were very eager in attempting to have me fill out an application promising instant results and that could make a deal, even though I had fair credit, yet with a down payment, and several phone calls about my application, I have yet to hear from them. They weren't the deal makers they claim as they knew I was shopping 3 other liberties at other locations and two with more accessories and cleaner cars were up to 500 dollars cheaper. Accordingly, I've accepted a deal on a Liberty Limited, same year cleaner then their car. Since I have now bought the other Liberty, I wouldn't trust Baker to service my car either...

I drove an hour out to this dealership only to have the salesman sit me down, ask for my license for the test drive, and disappear after i said i would like to see the truck first. I then disappeared for the night, after a 25min wait someone that said he was the manager came over to tell me that the truck was sold the night before, although I was told that I would get a call if the truck was sold. So I asked where was the salesman and what was he going to have me test drive if my truck was sold. I was never even offered to look at another vehicle, but the manager did ask me if I still wanted to see the truck I came for "just in case the deal falls through, because I'm kinda greedy. My wife and I walked out.

Kevin at Dover Dodge was fantastic. Not only did he take me seriously about
paying cash, there wasn't any crap about destination fees. There was only a
cash tax license out the door price that stuck and Kevin was helpful,
professional and courteous and so was his manager. They are a good team and
the family style mentality they have means that I will be back to buy other
vehicles from them.. Thanks Guys! !!!!
