I talkd to Cliff, he was telling me things non stop for 10 mins. When i tried to say 2 lines, he interrupted gesturing time out time out for 5 times continuosly. So basically we dont have any say in the car we trying to buy. we just have to listen what Cliff the manager has to say. I really liked the car and wanted to buy, but i have to find another dealer now.
Worst dealership experience I’ve had. The advertised price is completely misleading. Once you actually ask for the breakdown, they add multiple unnecessary fees and forced add-ons to inflate the total I reviewed the itemized breakdown and saw several extra charges that were never clearly disclosed upfront. Even paying cash didn’t matter—they still tried to justify everything with “features already installed This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Lack of transparency, hidden fees, and pressure to overpay Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and money.

19-year-old salesman showed me the wrong vehicle. Stated that he didn’t have the key after we arrived at dealership on 107° Labor Day in Las Vegas. Texted me the next day to tell me he had shown me the wrong car. Very unprofessional. Overall, my worst experience ever with a car dealer.

I was on the process of buying the car. I was told the car
needed to be inspected and the it wouldn't be done into
next week and next morning I get a text telling me they
sold the car the same afternoon I was told they needed to
do the inspection.

From the onset, this was not a good experience.
I was dealy remotely with several poeple at the
dealership whose positions I didn't know. I
specifically asked to use email but instead they
contined to text me. Further, many texts and
phone calls back and forth were requests for
tbings that I had already provided. We agreed on
a price, I wired them the the total payment for
the Jeep, and simply asked them to safely store
the Jeep for a few day. Before I could fly down to
pick it up they notified me that one of their
employees had crashed into the Jeep with a
truck and had either destored it or damaged it so
badly that it was no longer available. As a result I
had to get a refund and start looking for another
Jeep Trailhawk.

The experience with sell person was not the best professional car buying experience that I was expecting. Throughout the entire experience the sells guy talked more about his self and personal life than selling tje
Vehicle . Which became a lil bit uncomfortable to say the least
After purchasing the vehicle I discovered loud noise coming from the passenger dashboard of the car and I immediately notified the dealership. I was told to bring the vehicle in to be checked and the outcome was no noise found. After picking up my vehicle I experienced the same issue when I initially dropped off the vehicle. I brought it to the attention of the sells manager and they currently have me waiting to hear back about a getting approval for a specialist to come out and check the vehicle to get the issue. I went to look at and purchase this 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 2LT Coupe about a month ago. The
salesman, Frank M. was great! He looked all over the lot for the vehicle . Finally he found it at their other lot.
So we went there and we were told that it just went out to auction about an hour ago. The was listed at 46k at
this time. A month later Frank is under the weather at home, but he calls me to inform me of the car being
available again. But now it's listed at 51k... So I go over to see the car and I tell them that I would buy the at
46k. The sales guy (not Frank) said let me go check with the internet manager and see what we can do.
He comes back and said that he could only do 50k. We can't find the keys right now but I can take you to see
it. For one I didn't like the increase in price and when we arrived at the car it was dirty and sitting in a very
remote location. Looks as if it been sitting there for quit a while.. The sales guy said yes! It's been here too
long!

3 sales managers all couldn't help on price! 2 durangos incoming they want to add 2995.00 in addendum! They won't budge on removing said items to reduce cost! Poor way to do business!

We went to see this 2019 and they couldn’t get into the car, even after calling to confirm my appointment and ensuring me it would be right up front for my visit. They salesman was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. We didn’t get to see the car we asked to see, but they did show us a lot of other. It was just a little unorganized.

These guys are the absolute worst. I made a appointment, when I showed up Woody told me vehicle was sold. The next day they updated their webpage to blinking green letters Still Available. So I filled out online buyer form. They ran my credit, then another person called and said the truck has a engine problem that’s costs 8-9 thousand dollars to fix, but I have great credit and could buy anything. Tried to sell my a 100,000 mile 16’ Ram for 24,000 dollars. Then their webpage increased their price on the vehicle and Woody again sent a Sorry it was sold email, what else can I find you?.
Stay as far away from these pathetic liars as possible. I hope they go out of business. They are not honest and will be the worst used car salesmen there is.

He didn't have answers to my questions. He never looked into it like he suggested plus he tried to upsell me after I mentioned to him that I was on a budget. I needed to trade in my 2018 Dodge Journey with less than 6,700 miles and pay as little out of pocket as possible. He was offering approximately 3,000 for trade in when it's worth much more than that, plus he tried to upsell me to a $25,000. Vehicle when I'm paying off a $27,000 plus high interest rate Vehicle. That's the opposite of what I was trying to do. He needs to do what's in best interest of customer and not himself or company. Thank You for Your time.

When I contacted the dealer, it was only to get more information about the advertised car. In speaking with a salesman (Zac) I realized it was not the right car for me budget wise. When I explained to him what kind a car I wanted and what I could afford, he went out of his way to check listings with other dealers and found the perfect car that I could afford. He arranged to have it shipped from Arizona to Las Vegas. During this time we remained in constant contact, and he made the entire car buying experience a breeze. I was very pleased that the dealership had taken the appropriate social-distancing measures with the COVID-19 guidelines. They had tables set up outside for document signings, and the employees wore face masks. Highly recommend the dealership and Zac.

I inquired about a truck I found on here, the price was in my range and had what I wanted, “Woody” was quick to respond. We went to look at the truck and another on site sales man told us it was in the body shop because it was wrecked. I emailed the rep and several days later he responded and said he would check, over a week later CarGurus indicated a change in price of over 10000. I messaged the rep and ask what the deal was and he said they did a lot of work to it! I am very disappointed in how they conduct business.

We apologize for any confusion related to our pricing. Vehicle pricing is often flexible based on the incentives clients qualify for. In our pricing model, we will use rebates that most customers will meet requirements for, just to be safe. Also, the state of Nevada requires that pricing be taxed prior to the incentives being deducted and that sometimes is difficult to follow for some customers. The vehicle I went to look at was sold as I was driving to my scheduled appointment to look at it, and none of the people who had promised to be there were working when i arrived, and I received no phone call that it had been sold. Wasted 1&1/2 hours of my day.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM CHAPMAN DODGE of
Las Vegas!!!!!! They are running a dishonest bait and
switch scheme. I saw a truck on Cargurus that I was
interested in. When I called about the truck to verify
availability, I was informed that the price advertised on
Cargurus was wrong. The truck was $3,000 more than
advertised, due to a reconditioning fee. I still agreed to
schedule an appointment to test drive and purchase the
vehicle. When I got there the truck was sold. The sales
manager promised to sell me a vehicle “at cost”, to
compensate for their mistake. When I identified another
vehicle that I was interested in, I was told that they
wouldn’t budge on the price. Tommy (Sales Rep) and
Paul (Service Manager) seemed nice at first, but they
will do anything to sell you a car, even if that means
being dishonest.

i bought a car from them and after only 15000 miles the check engine light
came on over the thermostat they fixed it under warranty but my car is now getting hot and smells like radiator fluid i took the car back and they said nothing was wrong with it and they couldn't fix it after waiting three hours for them to tell me that

Car was over priced and not willing to come down on price, or willing to meet me at a reasonable monthly payment for me. Instead I found the exact same car, same mileage, andTHOUSANDS cheaper from another dealer. One star because I couldn't give zero stars!

keys,vacuum the van and show me all

on how "weird" it was.
