1. This dealership claims to prioritize transparency, yet their practices reveal a different story. They openly impose a $999 charge for VIP-Pro Ceramic Paint coating and an additional $499 for window tinting. To make matters worse, they also enforce one of the highest documentation fees at $999. While these charges are legal, they are clearly structured to exploit customers. My representative, Aaron Howard, even stated that their focus on "customer service" and "customer relations" takes precedence over the sale, all while piling on unnecessary fees and charges.

Absolutely horrible experience! They consistently lied and tried to FORCE us to purchase the asset protection, warranty, and the anti-theft window etching in total around 5,000$. It took an additional 3 days after we agreed to purchase to finally get all the excess charges removed. The only reason we purchased the vehicle was because it was several thousands less than comparable. If you choose to buy from them BEWARE!

I had a salesman named Donald that contacted me right away after my inquiry. He was most helpful, straightforward & honest. I worked in the retail automotive industry for over 15 years so I know all the tricks they can use. Donald did not go that route. I liked the car but had a limited budget. He got me into the vehicle at my budget limit. (This was a cash deal!) The finance guy was also very personable & helpful even though he couldn't make any money off me. I believe his name was Amir! I have also had the opportunity to visit their service dept. & was helped by a gentleman named Nick. That was also a very positive experience. All in all I was very impressed with the dealership & would definitely recommend them!

Yes, they did contact me via email. I guess they were under the impression I was ready to make a purchase when I was in fact just browsing. I really appreciate them contacting me, however I didn't really appreciate the car salesman pressure I got with the "we can't keep this for long, act now" kind of tone in the replies. I don't expect a company or establishment to make any specific arrangements on my account. Furthermore I don't expect a company or establishment to have me believe that I'm missing out on a once in a lifetime opportunity. It's buying and selling a car. That's it. And if the one I was looking at no longer available when I'm ready to make a purchase? So be it. I'm quite sure they made more. And more will be available once I'm ready. And when I am, I will be in touch.

Yes. The sales person that helped me was very profesional he was not pushy. He told me about the car I was looking at about all the features very nice. We went on a test drive which was very nice. I would recommend this deslership on your next time on buying a car at this location.

I spoke to the salesman and explained my situation and he assured it was worth me going to this dealership. after a 3 hour bus ride, i learned that i didn't qualify for the price discount listed, i was never informed about a chapman add-on price of almost 2K to cover window tint so the car listed as 9,999 came out to a 15K. that was insane and incredible, i was more than disappointed. so my experience was terrible and I will never go to that dealership or any other Chapman's located in the metro phoenix

I take reviews with a grain of salt, but the negative reviews were correct. First, the vehicle was not as advertised - did not have leather seats or bluetooth. Innocent mistake, I guess. But when we agreed on a price for vehicle, they added on a accessories charge (not things listed on vehicle sheet or on site) of $998 for "DESERT PAINT PROTECTION; $399 LIFETIME TINT; $99 LIFETIME NITROGEN". It was explained that they add these to the vehicle once it is purchased. I confirmed - these are not things on the vehicle yet. I did not want those items, so requested for those charges to be taken off of the total price. I was informed they have to put these on so the dealer can make profit and even if I didn't want them, they would not take it off. The two stars are there because at least the two persons I dealt with were polite and responsive.

They are extremely overpriced. And missed labeled their vehicles as a limited when it was actually a base model. 80% of their vehicles relisted this way. I purchased elsewhere for $3000 less

Did not have what we needed. Gave me incorrect information on a car. No one actually went to verify if the car had a third row seat, until the morning we were to drive 1.5 hours to see the vehicle.
