I would give Bob Bell 10 stars. The easiest vehicle purchase I ever had. They even delivered my vehicle to me with the hard tags already on it. I have NEVER experienced this level of service and I have been purchasing vehicles for my transportation business for 18 years! This dealership receives my highest commendation!

After trying to deal on a truck the salesman decided that I was a problem and didn’t get back to me, then Mr benson sent me a text with a higher price then I was originally quoted. I can say they will get with you but where that goes nobody noes

Car was in excellent condition as described. AC has a small issue but dealership ensured me it will be fixed under warranty. The issue was one vent would not supply cold air on the passenger side. Wasn't found initially but can se how that could happen.

Very responsive. multiple email back and forth but not able to come to a fair deal for there vehicle. Did have one associate tell the price is the price and when they advertise it on line the is the bottom dollar but I can clearly see that they drop the price $2200 in less them 20 days. I know this is just a ploy to make people think they are getting a better deal. As it was they were still posed to make $6000-$7000 profit after the price drop. I tried to reason with them that they can't WIN BIG on both end but some poor SAP will buy it because they have to have it and do not do there research..

Female called was very rude has no customer service, they have to understand customers pays them salaries when a customer buy, then when i called back 3 days later it was a male, when I ask any negotiation of price, he insulted me I can raise the price more **** that is very unprofessional conduct from a sales point of view , it made me really mad a salesman to say to a customer is inconsiderate. Have some professional people work for you sales is a very prominent profession is a service

WAY TO PUSHY!!! I understand they have a job to do but when I tell them I am just looking around at the moment or I tell them I want to go through my bank and they are insistent on going through one of theirs..I would never recommend this place to anyone. They laughed in my face when I asked about a possible veteran discount.

They contacted me several times informing me of car being in the shop for repairs. After 2 weeks I was told I could come to see the vehicle, this was a Friday. Made an appt for Saturday and found out via a email from CarGurus that it had been sold. Contacted the dealer to confirm and was bombarded with questions pertaining to "how I found out" it was sold. They initially told me it was still available. But after 4 to 5 phone calls requesting me to forward them the email, they gave in. The actual sales rep was very helpful and still checks in.

I had a brief encounter with a salesperson that I didn’t like because of his attitude towards my self and my husband. He was readily replaced with Mike. Mike my new sales rep as busy as he was with another buyer was very friendly and nice. He quickly completed the sale with the other buyer and just made a whole world different. Dealer responded quickly to my email and I made and appointment to test drive the vehicle. The salesman Ed must have been his 1st day on the job, couldn't find car keys or the car and kept wandering off to do other things. I was upset enough to walk out the door when he finally got some numbers together. I like the vehicle waiting to see if Ed can get his act together and finalize a sale.

Went to see the vehicle, there was an issue with the motor or transmission mounts that I asked to have looked at. The dealer has not called me back to repair. I did purchase the vehicle and Ed was solid with handling the sales, however it did take about an hour and a half after the paperwork was submitted to see the finance team.

First they sold it to me above market and the Bank rejected it so I went from owning 8062 to 6313 i also told them that felt like the transmission was slipping and have sent to emails to the Salesperson and no response and now the check engine light has come on.

Car was sold, so cannot give 5 stars. 4 1/2 stars? They called promptly, looked to see if they had anything else in my price/ need...didn’t but said they would keep an eye out. Sounded professional, no typical used car sales talk to get me to come in or up-sell. I wouldn’t hesitate giving them a stop on my next search.

Bad experience was there all day had a co-signer and was there from 9am to 2pm and whole time the deal was done but nobody said anything. The deal was done but needed 2500 to get the vehicle but no one said anything. My thing is if the deal was done you don’t know what I had to really put down. They did even give me no type of time to even come up with the funds. Very ghetto and unprofessional I would never buy a vehicle from them.

This is literally the worst car dealership I have tried to buy almost a 50,000 dollar car from, from not contacting me back, to changing the price the day I was gonna send the money, and telling me after I questioned them about it they then tell me the car is pretty much spoken for by a guy that was coming to look at it later that afternoon, they are the most crooked liars ever been in touch with trying to buy a high end vehicle from. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ron got back to me right away, but I did not go for a test drive that day. Then I got emails from Paul, asking for my phone number so he could call me. If I felt like talking on the phone, I would have called them in the first place, but whatever. Then the price went up $1000. Ron said they made a mistake when pricing it originally, and this is now the right price. Ok, I tell him I'm not interested at that price. If he can knock $1500 off I'll come down and buy it. Can't do it he says. So that should be it, right? Wrong - more emails from Paul, and even from Dave, seemingly oblivious to me issues with the price. So best case scenario is they have an overactive automated email system that keeps spitting out uninformed follow ups. Or maybe they are just annoying and overbearing. Either way, I was hoping for better, and it makes me hesitant to deal with them.

Didn’t answer my questions about a listing for a f-150 Platinum that had obvious errors. I just wanted to clarify the engine type and 2wd v 4wd. What I got was two people from the dealership emailing me about when I could schedule a test drive. Neither addressed my concerns and one of them had an attitide about not being able to reach me on my phone when I intentionally did NOT give my phone number. Won’t be buying here for sure. Waaaaaay too many F-150’s out there for them to have anything but exemplary customer service and sales. On to the next dealer... m

The salesman at the dealership was very nice and great at explaining the car and working with me. Unfortunately the price listed on this site is a complete scam. they advertised it as $13,000 and the actual price was $21,000. pretty big difference. the $13,000 didn't include tax and tag (which was to be expected) but the online price was apparently the price only if you got the absolute MAX amount of discounts and rebate. I spent a lot of time at the dealer just to be get baited and switched. Ask for price first if you go here and don't waste your time.

Dealership contacted me promptly this morning. Eric was on top of it ! Drove the vehicle this afternoon. Nice vehicle, but it was like driving an ash tray on 4 wheels. Terrible tobacco smoke odor. Vehicle should have been de-odorized before being offered for sale. Vehicle is White not Red which was disappointing, but the odor was so awful I couldn't consider buying it.

pretty good experience. went there to test drive and hopefully buy a car, they were good about explaining a lot of stuff I needed explained (this is my first car) and I bought the car, and I like it.

Two people from the dealership called and emailed me. They haven't stopped trying to get me into the dealership. Its just that the car COLOR I want doesn't have the option package I want. Thus, I won't be coming in. I don't have any intention of order new either.

We were very pleased with our experience at Bob Bell Ford Hyundai Kia. Bruce was very gracious and stayed past his shift for us to finish out the paper work. The van was in excellent condition and a great price!
