Kim Kimmel was our Salesperson and our Document Processor was Nathaniel D. They were very patient and professional. My Wife truly appreciated Kim offering and then storing our Cheesecakes in the refrigerator while we completed the paperwork for the purchase! We found a vehicle we liked here and had a family member go check it. We put a deposit on the vehicle to hold while our bank handled the paperwork they needed. We informed Trong that the bank has already approved the loan and will be sending the paperwork today… instead of waiting patiently and happily he was rude and pushy, and said he would no longer hold the car, and will sell it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER LOOK AT A CAR HERE. Lost my deposit because he would not wait 2 hours. Lost a customer, and this dealership really showed their true colors. Does not care about customers at all. AVOID THIS PLACE.

As previously stated we held this vehicle almost a week while purchase arrangements were being made and we only sold the vehicle after you sent a text releasing the vehicle for us to sell. We also refunded your deposit immediately upon release of the vehicle. Our experience with Advantage BMW OF Clear Lake was great our appointment was at 4:15 got there and was greeted at the door told them we were there to see Joshua showed us to his desk and he was in the bosses office he came right out told him who we were and it was great from there on he got the vehicle and was on our way to test drive it my wife fell in Love with it so we went back to the office to see if we were worthy of such a wonderful vehicle and now she is driving it and she loves it so it was a wonderful experience with such lovely people

They responded quickly. I was not particularly happy that though I ask for their best price they did not budge, claiming it was the best price, but then a week later contacted me again to ask what price I had in mind, telling me basically the first response was untrue. games

I had a great experience working with the staff at Advantage BMW of Clear Lake. They were very responsive when I first reached out and was always there to answer any questions. I never felt pressured to purchase, and they were fair throughout the entire process. I would recommend anyone to buy from them whether it's a new or used car.

Amazing people ! We were reached out MINUTES after our inquiry on a 2017 MINI Countryman Cooper from Jennifer a Great sales woman that sent us photos of the car we were interested in since we were from a different State and we could not test drive the car. They did all the preliminary paper work fast but unfortunately for some reason unrelated to the dealership we could not purchase the car right this moment. But these people gave us the impression that they really appreciate your business and take the extra mile to help you enjoy a new car. Regardless of what “star rating” I put, this is the experience at this dealer. Asked for this vehicle, they said it was a loaner on sale, and that “someone” was driving it. Did not have it ready for me to look at, vehicle was not at the lot, so rep told me to go the next day to check it out, again, because “some customer” had it and would not bring it or what have you. All this was right before they closed on a regular weekday. The very next day, way less than 24 hours later, right before I was about to go the rep calls me to tell me it’s been sold. Customer service was always there, I won’t deny it, other options of course were offered and everything, respectful staff, attentive etc., BUT, you be the judge on this. I mean it’s like “really?”, lol. A few hours into the next day and it gets “sold”. I understand sales can happen rapidly, from one day to the next, but this particular vehicle was advertised here for over a hundred days! Actually close to half of year...and then all of a sudden it gets sold after inquiring about it in depth. Hmmmmm right..but again, you be the judge. Not sure if I would do business after this experience, although again, it sure wasn’t bad customer service at all, but rather a seemingly “bait/switch”, or misleading experience if you will. Also, when going over the details, some of the details of the vehicle were a bit off. The mileage was not 200-something it was more like 8,000, which not complaining but man be diligent in updating your ads and info. please...seriously. I won’t “crucify” the dealership out of consideration and ‘grace’, if you will, but I actually am highly interested in purchasing another BMW (yes currently a proud owner), and I love BMW but not with experiences like this. Manager(s), if you actually made the time to read this, get with me with a true offer for a similar deal as this and we may be in business but please no bait, no switch, don’t play with me, full disclosure, clear transparency and find me a good incentive/discount to go back out there again to make up for a not so great experience to buy, please. Contact me, find a way, let’s see if you can...I believe you can. But are you willing?....go the extra mile for above and beyond, superb, customer care and satisfaction, and I don’t see why we can’t do business. Let’s try again to earn our business.

Great experience. I lived 4.5hrs away and the dealer worked with me over the phone. Sent pictures of the car, video of the car, and emailed me the application. They could've shipped the car to me but I wanted to see it in person to make sure it was as advertised, and it was. After completing the application I got a quick phone call back saying I was approved. After driving down and testing it out all that was left to do was sign the rest of the paper work and drive off. Great experience.

I bought a 2007 BMW Z-4 from Advantage BMW and had a superior experience from the moment I placed my inquiry through Cars Direct.Com. The online representative contacted me immediately and we set up a meeting, I test drove the car and it was exactly as described on the net and when I spoke live with him. I signed the contracts that morning. Keep in mind, I was all set to purchase a Porche Boxter originally, but left with my new Montego Blue Z-4 that looks fabulous. I would absolutely recommend this dealer and group from the inquiry, in the door, financing and out of the door. Enjoy and they are a 15 out of 10! A five does not describe what this dealer will do for you.
