I love this car. Great character. I had no idea they existed until I found one in my neighborhood. Wonderful, wonderful cars! Alright fuel economy and vinyl seats? Hello bell-bottom jeans, afros, disco, and turtlenecks! Runs superb even in winter and I cant complain about it. Also only about 40,000 miles on it. I have replaced the fuel filter, starter, brake pads, rotors, calipers, tyres, and the battery all within the last year and a half. 3 speed automatic with an 18-RC In-line, 4 piston engine. Replacing oil this summer. Runs like a champ!

The 1978 Toyota CORONA. Well it was quite something. A car that had the looks and sound of an American muscle car, but it was really a Japanese Toyota. The 2.0 L diesel was beastly by the standard's of the 1970's and it was as reliable as anything. Good times!

This was my mom's car. I loved it, reliable, but when time to fix it came, only a few wrenches and standard tools were needed. The only weak points, reverse broke 3 times in 30 years (not so bad) and the water pump corroded easily. The engine was strong and very reliable.
